I start my new job (in an office) on Monday and I'm trying to find the perfect makeup/hair for the first day of work.

I pretty much have the same makeup and hair routine everyday which has become really simply, so I'd like to go out and get a few new products.

I have long, straight highlighted blonde hair and fair skin and blue eyes.

They're almost exactly the same but one of them is slimmer and striped and the other one isn't.. I'm just having trouble picking one.

I never wear black eyeliner because I feel like it's too harsh with my blonde hair and pale skin, but how can I wear it out at night without looking too trashy?

Once in a while when I bend down, and stand back up again, my knee will kind of pop out of position, and I need to straighten it to get it back to normal.

It's an extremely sharp, painful sensation, and after the knee is in the right place again, it's very painful to walk on for a few minutes afterwards.

This has been happening to me every once in a while for a few years now, and just recently it happened and my knee is still sore when I bend it.

Any idea of what it is? I tried looking up my symptoms online but I couldn't find anything specific.

I have fair skin (pinkish undertones) and want to put in a few different shades of lowlights/highlights.

Which shades would look best?

I have an Almay bronzer but that just makes my skin look kind of dirty and orange.. any ideas?

This is my research question:
