I've been having problems with my knee popping out?
Once in a while when I bend down, and stand back up again, my knee will kind of pop out of position, and I need to straighten it to get it back to normal.
It's an extremely sharp, painful sensation, and after the knee is in the right place again, it's very painful to walk on for a few minutes afterwards.
This has been happening to me every once in a while for a few years now, and just recently it happened and my knee is still sore when I bend it.
Any idea of what it is? I tried looking up my symptoms online but I couldn't find anything specific.

My grandmother's knees have cracked like this as long as i'm able to keep in mind. Mine have additionally achieved the comparable element for many of my existence (and that i'm purely 19!). i do no longer likely think of there is something to be afflicted approximately, until eventually you commence having soreness.

It may just be arthritis or something more serious like a miniscus tear, i would go to an orthopedic surgeon just to see what they think. They specialize in joints and will tell you what is wrong.
Good Luck!
