okay so a couple of months ago i started working out i was doing great, then about 5 weeks ago i popped my arm out of place(playing soccer). so its taken some time to heal and its doing great. So i thought hmm maybe i can start working out again..... so yesterday i decided that i would work out today but during soccer practice my other should starting hurting in the same way the other shoulder did when it was popped back in.

So i will xplain it easier, popped my left shoulder out of place and back in really quick.

5 weeks later i wanted to start working out again but the day before i was going to start, my other shoulder (the right one) started hurting like my left one did after the injury.

I can't hardly move it, i have been icing and exercising it in a way that my friends dad (a paramedic) told me to.

so my Q is, once my shoulder is fully healed is it okay to start working out normally? lifting weights and push ups?

ok so the other day i had the idea i wanted to make my own bow, starting easy i decided PVC pipe and then work my way up, i have always loved archery but never got in to it. So after watching these videos of a guy making an 80 lb. longbow (from PVC) i decided that is what i was going to make.

Then i started thinking after reading some comments, can i handle an 80 lb. bow? i have no idea..... is it considered to be like lifting 80 lbs.? cause i could do that....

so if you could let me know what it is like or anything like that.

remember i know nothing about archery so if 80 lbs. is easy then no mean stuff cause i have no idea....

okay in skyrim the elder scrolls i just need UNenchanted (not enchanted but UNENCHATED) light armor for a sneaking archer. Why i need it unenchanted is so i can enchant it with fortify archery. so an already high in armor rating light armor (feat, head and body). thanxs the name and if its special (like one of a kind or rare) the place.

little over 5', 108 pounds 15 years old i am starting to want to work out, what is a good way to start? i do have weights so it would be great if you add that in there too, and dont tell me all the blah blah stuff about be careful using weights not to injure anything, I KNOW!

ok i have my daedric bow at improoved i think its Legendary well i have upgraded it 2 times and its still only level 71 i have heard people complaining about 130 and i have no idea how to make it any better? please leave an answer helping thanx

Alright first off i wanna say thanks for coming to this to help me with a question.

I am a HUGE fan of techno (<--- nuf said moving on) i have always wanted to start playing techno and become my own artist but i didn't know where to start, so where everything starts, i went to youtube..... but as usual i found nothing that helped.

okay guys, i was playing domination and i was getting around like 2000 to 5000 xp for every kill instead of 50, how did this happen? my team was in the lead by like 100 and i had a scrambler laying out why were we getting so much? no i was not using prestige token on double xp. and the end of the game both teams had like ALOT of points (ALOT more usual) so it was happening to them too? can you please explain to me what was going on?

Ok i have a leopard gecko that's a little over one years old, i had sand in the tank for awhile but a couple of moths later (like i think more like 6 months witch is about 2 weeks ago) he stopped eating? he would catch crickets, and meal worms (both from pets mart) and then spit them back out, after that i thought it might be something with the sand, so i switched it back to the little green mat thing.

its been a couple of days and he is still not eating (im getting worried cause hes getting fairly skinny :/ ) oh and i also noticed that right after he catches one (both cricket and meal worm) he sticks his tongue out and that's whats making him spit it back out.

I have nothing on the crickets or meal worms, i get them, then feed them, nothing done to them. and i have heard if you feed them like horned worms (i think thats right) they wont eat anything else, i have never fed him one. whats wrong and how do i fix it??? thanks guys be really helpful, the sooner the better too.

i am bored with no duct tape and i wanna make something cool, not some lill dumb thing, like somthing that i might use or keep in my room cause it looks cool. I already made a full duct tape helmet... and it could be something made out of wood! no size limit... well not like a car but you know. Im bored so plz somthing
