If i got this straight the underwriters own the stock not them. There involvement in the stock ends when the underwriters purchased them. If you were subject to a stock buy-back who did the request come from? The issuing company or the underwriter? Also...when individual borrows said stock from broker, are you borrowing a piece of the company or are you borrowing a said piece of paper from brokerage?

50 pound bag of 20-10-5 fertilizer:

20% nitrogen (.20 x 50 lbs = 10 lbs)

10% available phosphates (.10 x 50 lbs = 5 lbs)

5% water soluble potash (.05 x 50 lbs = 2.5 lbs)

50lb bag I only get 17.5 lbs of stuff, where or what is the rest?

Smoking weed causes my defense mechanisms to work producing phloem which I cough up after a toke. From what I'm reading weed doesn't leave any residue. So would it be safe to say that the grayish phloem is from the tobacco. Sounds lovely doesn't it? Yes I smoke rollie's too which i can quit but i can't quit the weed. I'd like to believe that the phloem is productive and bronchitis is not a disease but is keeping my lungs cleaner (natural defence) than if i didn't gag it out. Like when I smoke just tobacco there's no coughing and no gaging crap out.

I don't use it very much, just for emergencies. There's something else, she died in 1989 almost 21 yrs ago. So I'm thinking I got more than a bunch of acid in there. Does anyone have any flashlights that are 21yrs old that still work?
