hey, we have an underground gas tank on our land and the guys at the gas place say its illegal because its inside a brick well. they said they cant fill it properly and that any gas coming from the top is layin low and cant escape the well. we asked if we could remove some of the bottom bricks to enable the gas to escape and didnt really get an answer other than 'its illegal'. please can anyone that has one or has had the same problem help? thanks.

i got 2 little kittens on Thursday, they are 9 weeks old now and very playful! when i collected them i asked the lady what she had been feeding them and she told me it was Whiska's kitten food.... so i have been feeding them the same. she also told me they had been wormed and eating very well.

when they got to my house the used the litter tray and their poop (sorry to sound a bit minging) was quite solid and 'normal' looking and they were weeing quite a lot too... since then it seems they go about 8 times a day each to the loo for a poo and arnt really weeing much either. i have kept them on the same food as their owners did before us, they wouldnt drink water so i gave them kitten milk and they do drink that and to my knowledge they havnt eaten anything they shouldnt of eaten. im puzzled? is this all normal? they got to have their jabs soon x

hi guys, my partner and i have started renting a property. when we viewed it we asked for the back garden to be cleaned up (as its full of the landlords crap) and the estate agent said it would be sorted for when we move in. we also asked about a missing glass panel in one of the doors which we were told would be fixed also.

The house was advertised as part furnished... the landlord keeps 1 room locked with all his other things inside that he dosnt want us to use.. which is fair enough, but we where told by the estate agent that 'anything you dont want can be put in this room as its only half full'. when we got a few bits together that we wanted to put in this room we were told that it was full and he dosnt want stuff putting on the bed he has in there... when i challenged the estate agent he simply denied saying we could put anything in there and changed his words to 'i said some things.. not anything'.. there are people who can vouch for us to say he did actually say 'anything'.

the glass panel did get fixed... 4 days after he said it would.

the last thing is the tv point... in the inventory it says 'tv point', however, its for sky digital only..which we cannot afford at the moment... slightly misleading to us.

the landlord has agreed to let us end the contract providing the estate agents can get somebody else in to rent.

we just feel quite unhappy and mislead a little... the house isnt homely and its just not the right house for us. i was thinking of playing the 'misleading' card but feel that we wouldnt get anywhere as all the things said where not in the contract so would just be counted as 'hear say'... the only thing im hanging onto is the fact that...we started renting the property on 1st August 2009.. its a 6 month contract due to end 31st January 2010.. however on the contract it states the end date is 31st January 2009.. so i was wondering if technically the contract is invalid?

im going down to see my boyfriends grandparents, its their anniversary and a family member whos appeared after 20 years wants to meet everyone... we have already met her but id like to look really nice for the party, id have to get a spray tan because im quite pale but i need a new dress. im thinking something a little flarey and bright.. any ideas?? thanks x

if someone sends me something via bluetooth from their mobile phone i can recieve it, if i bluetooth anything over from my laptop i get a message on my phoe telling me not enough memory and to delete data... i have deleted data but already have anough memory.. still getting the same message... how do i fix this?? i have recieved things from my laptop before!

hey guys, i have the wii fit game and in the manual it says i gotta find 15 icons or something, like one is a mario, toad, little turtle etc, i have found a few but just run straight past them, do i need to click a button or something to collect them or am i just supposed to randomly see them and theyre worth nothing? thanks x

hey guys, every year my dad organises a group day/night out for all the guys who work for him and their families... weve been on bowling nights, to alton towers, paintballin etc etc.... we are stuck for ideas this year, so i need some ideas of places where you would spend a full day and where kids can go too. we live in preston (north west england) and dont want to go too far out, an hours journey is the furthest we would prefer for distance but if theres somewhere really good over an hour away we would really consider it.

hey, im going on holiday in 3 months, i want to lose as much weight as possible, im a size 12 but would love to be a 10 at least, NO SMALLER than a size 8 anyway....

i work at the airport so my shifts are really stupid so i cant join weight watchers as i wouldnt alway be available for the meetings, i weigh around 9st 10lb and would like to lose about a stone. any help would be much appreciated, thanks x

hey guys, when i try to send something to my phone via bluetooth from my laptop i get a message saying the file transfer was not successful and that 'an invalid argument was supplied.' this message comes up immediately after i click 'send'.... in the last few days iv noticed a message about upgrades which keeps popping up near the time in the bottom right corner of my screen..... when i click to upgrade, it cannot find my settings or something and asks me to insert the user device, but my bluetooth is internally fitted and was already on my laptop. i dont know what to do. please help x

my boyfriend and his ex split in april 2006, they have a child together and since the split she has been claiming child tax credit and working tax credit. my boyfriend has recieved a letter stating he and his ex owe some money as they have been overpaid, but this money has nothing to do with my boyfriend, infact, he was unaware she was claiming any of these benefits from a 'joint account' everything was supposed to have been dealt with when they split.... the letter states it was the tax year 2006 to 2007.

does he have to pay this money? he has called the tax office and they are syaing because his name is on the records he has to, they can pay half each but if she plays up and decides not to pay her half they will both go to court and that it dosnt matter if hes paid half or not.

if he does have to pay, is it because they split just after the tax year started? even still, he shouldnt have to because its been a full year.

my bf d/l this from a pop up... duuuurrrr and he tried to delete it after he got a windows logo in the bottom right (where the clock is) but on its side, so the blue square is top left of logo, not bottom left.... he removed it via control panel (add remove programmes) but its not gone totally as he keeps gettin popups every 2minutes sayin your pc is infected, subscribe to such n such of thing to get all infected stuff off his pc.

when he goes to run and types it in to search and delete that way he gets a message sayin somet like 'cant do this, go to control panel' and it automatically takes him to his control panel...

i have told him hes a complete idiot for downloadin anythin off a popup, but to be fair hes not an expert with computers and hes only just recently got the internet.

please help, any advice to get rid of this virus is a huge help.

euston - warren street, switch to victoria line - oxford circus, switch to baker loo line and stay on it till i get to marylebone...

this is gonna sound stupid... how do i know which way up or down the line the train is gonna go?

ok, i currently work at the airport and i have quite an interesting job. to cut it short i basically supervise an aircraft turn around.

i travel an hour to get to work and obviously an hour to get home. this is costing me a lot in fuel and im only part-time. during the summer i had regular 30 odd hour weeks but stil never achieved 800 pounds a month in my wage, even though i am on about 7 pound an hour.

i pay for my phone bill and car insurance, as wel as my fuel a month. by the time my bills and fuel money has come from my account i am left with hardly any money. i have an overdraft on my bank account which i go over every month... giving me a charge EVERY month.

because i am part-time, if i have a day off sick or holiday i am only paid for 3 hours and 20 minutes for the day (i am contracted to 20 hours per week over 6 days).

a job in my home city has come up, it is a really crap job, infact its stickin labels on CD's, but it would give me more money than i am ending up...
