I know it sounds like I’m being very fussy haha, but I’m struggling so much to find this sort of thing by googling, and so I’m trusting in you on yahoo answers to give me a recommendation! You always seem better than what google can offer me..

Don’t dwell too much on the ‘modern’, i don’t really mind about that, so whatever you deem as quite modern is fine

Not fussy about what time period, but want something classed as historical fiction

I feel there are so many historical fiction novels about the poor, but I much prefer reading about the rich, middle/upper class. Anything of that sort

Do any of you have any recommendations that you think I might like?

When I first studied the play at school I always thought I liked Macduff and Banquo the most. But I just reread it and... I actually think Macbeth might be my favourite.

P.S. If you say Lady Macbeth you’re boring.

Even if you don’t eat dairy, SURELY you’d never be physically able to eat a sandwich without some sort of replacement for butter, or if not then just not eat sandwiches at all??

I just can’t get my head around why someone would not put butter in.

My mind’s done a blank. Do the atoms of elements in group four lose or gain their extra electrons? Do they form positive or negative ions?

I just watched Saving Private Ryan for the first time (I have no idea why I had never watched it before) and I feel like I’ll never be able to find a film better than it. So I’m really sad. The best way for me to get over how amazing it was is probably to stick to the same sort of thing for a while. I have always loved war films but just realised I have only seen a few. What ones do you recommend?
