Wondering what could be causing the matted fur on my long haired older cat. She's always had a beautiful coat, but for about the last month or two it has become increasingly matted.

Some of the leaves on one of our rose bushes have big rounded bites from their outside edges.I was thinking some big catapillar. We would like to identify it and get rid of it without harsh chemicals. Would a spray of water and dish soap be effective?

Our gas dryer only heats up a little bit and often not at all. We had the 3 main ignition parts tested and they are fine, Also made sure the dryer was free of lint.

I've heard that if an Amaryllis bulb sprouts leaves rather than a flower stalk, then the bulb will not produce a flower stalk or flowers at all for that season. Does anyone know? Thanks for your answer.
