My car was parked in my driveway and we were in our house and heard a crash. When I went out to see what it was I couldn t find my car at first when the guy hit it he pushed it like 60-70ft from where it was parked. We kept him there until deputy arrived.first off I went without a car for 9 days before his insurance got me a rental they told me they had to get my car and see if it was really totaled before I could get a rental. there was also quite a bit of property damage done. I finally got a rental and they wanted me to return it after 2 days and I told them no, I hadn t been paid to get another car yet. So they extended it 2 more days. The guy I talked to told me they mailed me a check priority mail last Wednesday and still haven t received it. I was also told the original adjuster would be getting a hold of me about compensation for the property damage and still haven t heard from anyone. I left multiple voicemails. So my question is do I need to get a lawyer?

I bought a car and a year later found out it was stolen the girl who sold me the car had forged the title and paperwork. She got charged with theft of a motor vehicle, forgery, 1st degree trafficking in stolen property, and 2nd theft. Well the day I was suppose to go to her court hearing and when I called they said it was cancelled because she opted to take drug court instead which I don't understand there was no drug charges just her ripping me off for the car. Anyways when I called about restitution that they told me I would get they couldn't find anything. So she called me back and said the victims assistance lady assigned to my case had quit and when drug court took it over they gave restitution to the original owner but overlooked me. Isn't that the county's fault shouldn't I get my money back? They told me that I can just sue her in a civil suit to get the money but why should I have to, they were suppose to do their job.

She s also been meowing alot. She is an indoor cat currently, has been on the same food. She is eating and drinking ok. Wondering what is wrong.

Need help developing an a brief outline of a five day science plan, based on either national or state standards, and explain the various activities that would include to ensure student understanding and engagement. This outline is for a science curriculum for the preschool student and should be hands on, engaging, and spark interest in further exploration. I was thinking about doing one on plants and maybe start by planting seeds and watching them grow. I don't know. If someone can please help me. Thanks

14 months in jail of a 2year sentence & then had the option to go to rehab to finish out his sentence. He went to the rehab & was kicked out after about a month. Since he was kicked out he didnt report back to the jail & then a few months later they picked him up & the same judge didnt give him any credit for any of the time already served and sentenced him to another full 2 years. Is that legal to do? He has no new crimes, just the same original charges. Which was because he was trying to get away from several men attacking him & when he tried to drive away 1 of the men was trying to hit him & slipped & his leg got ran over.

I took Internet explorer off the computer & have Firefox now. When I ran the scan disk, it said that Internet explorer interrupted the scan 12 times. It keeps freezing & has to be powered off & on.

on the intake manifold there are the #'s 1636619 & 1-SB & 01-5. those were the only #'s I could find.

she use to eat all the time, no problem. I've even tried goodies like feeder fish, crickets, etc. Still she hasn't eaten. She still looks good. She's still active & enjoys roaming the house. But what should I do about her not eating???Does anyone know????
