This is for travel to the US from Canada, as well as to China and Japan. I know that fresh meats, fruits, vegetables and dairy are not allowed, but what about sealed boxes of cookies, chocolates and tea?

I wear 3-4inch heels on a daily basis, but usually my lifestyle doesn't require that I wear them with nylons or pantyhose. I find that whenever I do wear nylons with any of my shoes, my heels tend to slip out of the shoes much easier when I'm walking.

All my shoes are the correct fit and are not too big. I've tried grip pads and soles, but it only helps a little.

As well, will deletion of the song from itunes delete it from my ipod?

I want to purchase an mp3 player for my relative but don't know much about them - which ones are the best? Can you upload mp3 files from your computer or would you have to purchase music downloads from specific sites?

I'm trying to make a semi-circle floral curve that daners can use to hold above their heads and dance with - I'm not sure what material to use for the basic curving rod. I would like the rod to be flexible (so the dancers can manipulate the shape), but still sturdy enough to hold it's semi-circle shape - I'd probably like the diameter of the rod to be about 0.5-1inch (not too thin)

I am applying to profession school soon and would like to ask my former boss to write a letter of recommendation.

I plan to go in and talk to this person directly. I'm not sure how to initiate such a conversion or phrase this inquiry properly and professionally (without it being too akward as I have not visited this work place since over a year ago). My relationship with this person is more on a student/mentor and/or business level, so we did not socialize casually or socially outside of work.

Advice and suggestions on what I should say are greatly appreciate!

Also for a rocker recliner (chair), is there usually a lock mechanism to stop the rocking?

I feel a little intimidated to approach someone who I worked for in the past to ask them if they would mind writing a good letter of recommendation. I don't want them to feel uncomfortable...what's a professional way of asking? (I will do this in person..but am not sure what to say)

Also, should I prepare anything to bring with me (i.e summary of my achievements, details on what it's for, etc). What if there are several schools I need the references for, do I tell them to type out several copies? Should I prepare envelopes with the receipient addresses?

How well in advance should I ask for these letters?

I have a few PNG images that display properly when I use the windows image viewer on my computer, but when I try to view them in Irfraview, it displays as a blank page - I have no problem viewing other PNG files in Irfraview, just these couple of images - I tried changing the extension to JPG, but the result is the same: Viewable with the image display program in my computer, but blank when viewed with Irfanview.

Usually when I left click on a download link, a windows prompting message will pop up, asking me to choose between "open, "save", etc.

Just today, when I do the same thing, the file automatically starts downloading to the temporary folder.

I tried checking "enable" under tools->internet options->security->hightlighting "internet" icon->custom->ENABLE "automatic prompting for file downloads"

but it doesn't seem to be the fix for the problem.

How do I get the download prompting back?

Please note that I'm not looking for the following answers:

1. Right-click the link and choose save-as (I know that's an option, but I would like to have my original prompt message back)

2. Choose "save" when asked where to download to (I'm missing this option right now where it gives me a choice to do so!)

I know that footless tights and leggings are in at the moment. But I'm not sure what the difference between the two are (besides the footless part).

What are you suppose to wear with them (besides under dresses/skirts) and are they suppose to be opaque (i.e. works kind of like alternatives to pants) or slightly sheer (i.e. like stockings)?

Also what materials do they come in and how do you know which length to get to go with different types of outifts?

There's tons of taxes here in Canada, just wondering what a veterinarian in Ontario makes on average after all taxes, etc have been deducted.

Please separate average income by level of experience, as well as whether the vet owns a private practice or is employed at a clinic, if possible.

Also, there's a lot of clinics here where one vet only seems to work 2-3 times a week. Do they have multiple jobs at different locations? How many working hours per week are the average income values based on?

Do veterinarians earn well in general? What other careers have similar average annual incomes as vets?
