  • First-timer marathon question!?

Hi! I'm running my first marathon in 3 weeks! I've been training for the past few months and have been mixing in cross training, hills, long runs, etc.

I've been loosely following a training plan from Runner's World. But with the way things worked out, I've only been able to do one 20 mile run (instead of three like the plan suggests). I've still been running up to 16 mile distances and make sure to get one long run in a week.

But to give myself more confidence and training should I do one more 20 miler 11 days before my marathon or should I just taper from here on out?

  • Political question regarding "Hotel Rwanda"?

I watched "Hotel Rwanda" recently and I was wondering why other countries pulled their aid from Rwanda. In the movie, all the U.N. workers and soldiers were ordered out even though all the Rwandans were in such trouble. What was going on politically? I was very young when this happened so I don't remember.

  • Where can you find the U.S. Federal Tax paid amount on form 1040?

I've been filling out scholarship forms and one help form said the amount would be on line 60 but line 60 on my mom's 1040 is blank. Instead, on line 61, it gives a number for her total tax. Is her total tax the same thing as her U.S. federal tax paid?

  • Will restoring my ipod delete any music in my library that was from burned cds?

I'm having some issues with my ipod and I think restoring it will help. But lots of songs are burned from cds and aren't purchased from the itunes store. As long as all my music is in my library, it should be added to my ipod after the restoration right? My unpuchased music wouldn't be deleted just for being unpurchased?

I burned some songs on a few cds but I want to replace them with other songs. Is there anyway I can do this?

Also, I got a new laptop and I wanted to know how I could transfer the songs from the itunes library on my old laptop to my new one. I think it'll transfer the purchased songs but it won't let me transfer the burned songs.
