Recently my cat has been mwowing alot. Theres been no change that could cause that. He's neutered and an indoor cat. I don't think he's in pain because whenever he's meowing he's around my dog I think in a taunting way. And he's meowing whenever he sees a bug or a fly in the house. Also when I get close to him. He never usually does this except when I give him treats. Is there any reason he's been meowing so much
