is there much difference between a kids shoe N or W?
I want to buy these shoes for my daughter, and I am not sure if a Wide shoe will be too loose for her. Any ideas? Are they usually a lot wider or is it just a little more roomier?

On the heating instructions for a Trader Joe's frozen product says to heat on a lightly oiled steam pan. But I don't have any steam pan... (nor do I know what a steam pan is). Is there anything else I can use to replace it?
