  • How to personalize a small planner that has very little writing space?

I recently bought a Moleskine weekly planner , but didn't realize how small it was. It doesn't have enough room to write everything I need to in it. But I want to try to make the most of it. Any ideas for how I could customize it? I've thought of sticking in post-its notes and maybe other small memorable things, like movie tickets.

  • Ideas for a desk/workspace in a small bedroom?

I share the bedroom in my apartment with someone else, so there's not much room. But I really need a desk/table/some other workspace area. Any ideas?

Note: I can't attach anything to the walls.

    Thank you!!

  • Easy - just type a random word?

Hi, I'm trying to come up with an awesome idea for a novel - my own idea, of course. I'm pretty good at creating something interesting out of small pieces of information, so if you can just type a random word I can brainstorm with, I'd be grateful. :)

Btw, I'm not an idea thief. Please don't give me anything like Hogwarts, sparkling vampires, etc.

  • How to live a more exciting life?

I've been extremely bored with my life lately. I'm eighteen but don't drive and never go out, unless it's to the grocery store. I just stay in and read or write. What can I do that doesn't involve tons of money or a driver's license?

  • What should I do this summer?

I want to take off time from studying and have some fun before college. I only have two problems: no money and no friends to hang out with. And I can't seem to get a job.

What do you think I should do? Give me as many suggestions as possible.

  • Guys: do you think 4'6" is too short?

I told myself I wouldn't ask superficial questions like this, but I'm just curious. Guys, would you date a girl shorter than 4'10"? (Why or why not?)

  • Ideas for a graduation speech?

I'm going to be presenting a salutatorian speech for my high school. I want to reflect primarily on the future and what awaits us - obstacles as well as opportunities. How do you think I can accomplish this in my speech? I'd like to make it really stand out.

And I'm not just going to take your ideas. I want to write my own speech. I just need help figuring out how to start. The main thing is that I want it to be interesting.

  • Quick: props for Florence Nightingale?

I need help thinking of tools or accessories Florence Nightingale might have had with her - something she could have used and that we might remember her by. I need to use them in a presentation. I've thought of towels, a lamp, and a jar for water. Anything else? I can't use bandages or medicines. Thanks!

I'm trying to decide on a book I should read next. Do you have any ideas? I was thinking The Golden Compass, The Last Unicorn, something by Diana Wynne Jones, The Neverending Story... These are all kids' books, but I'd also like teen and adult recommendations. Thanks!

  • What are some devices that won't go out of style in the next few years?

I want to buy something that I can use for gaming, apps, etc. But I don't want it to fade after the first year. Any ideas? Tablets are too expensive. I'm looking at smartphones, but I can't decide which are the best.

  • Which smartphone should I get?

I've been considering the Samsung Infuse 4G, HTC Inspire 4G, and the Motorola Atrix 4G. I'm leaning more toward the Infuse because it's cheaper, but it doesn't have Flash player like the Inspire does. What do you think? I want a phone that won't go out of date, something that might still be popular in the next two years.

  • What's the best way to record audio files for someone to listen to?

I was thinking of recording audio files on my computer and saving them on a CD. But the person I'm recording them for doesn't usually listen to CDs, so what else can I do?

The person owns an iPhone. If I save the files as mp3 files, will they work on the iPhone?

  • What should I write about?

I'm trying to think of fiction I could write.

    Target audience: children or teens

Genre: historical fiction, fantasy, or sci-fi

Themes: friendship, bravery, standing up for what's right

Can you think of any ideas? Like a setting or something? Don't give me a whole story, because I won't use it. I'm just looking for ideas.
