Lawsuit attorney?

I'll try to keep this short - I don't know where to get an attorney for this. Ok - I went to an urgent care because my toe had turned black and hurt BAD . The Dr treated me as if I was "silly" he said I bumped my toe- though I said several times I hadn't - he joked around ,called me "bud" patted me on the shoulder and told me to "give it a couple weeks" because sometimes that's what it took for a toe that's been bumped . No blood work or x-rays nothing . A couple days later it hurt worse ,trip to er and they found out I was severely anemic, had 1/2 the blood I was supposed to ,and that my heart had "flicked" a blood clot to my toe(1st time the Dr had seen it not sent to brain or lung). I was lucky I went to er . They thought they may have to remove my toe. Anyway 7 days in the hospital and I had every test ,treatment etc before they figured it out. I'm still dealing with upcoming surgery. My question is how do I find an attorney or is it worth it to pursue ? I tried to file a formal complaint(All the steps) but I don't see anything against this Dr . He treated me like an idiot and had I listened could be dead. Thank you

just replaced intake manifold gaskets now have a sound like theres something in the motor or an exhaust leak, can a vacuum leak make the same sound as an exhaust leak?

a friend of mine takes his dog in for regular grooming( hair, nails, etc), the other day he has me drop her off for him with specific instructions, one of which was to "drain her anal gland". my question is is this normal? necessary? recommended? he says she(his shitzu mix dog) feels great. i have a miniature chi wa and want to know if any one knows what this involves and is it something i should consider having done to my baby?

a couple years ago when i had my first computer, it was running REALLY slow,at the time i was buying it from a rent to own so i called and complained and they sent someone to my house ANYWAY... he went to "run" i believe then typed in some letters (i think) anyhow what popped up was a list of programs that were currently "running" he showed me how each one had a check by it to show it was running and slowing down my computer- he proceeded to uncheck each one i wasnt using and it was amazing how fast my comp. was after- my question is does anyone know how to pull up that file again? please help if you can and thank you in advance! :)

im 36 i have 2 grown children and am now raising my bro. 6 yr old hes in kindergarten. im not a teacher and for good reason-i have NO patience teaching someone now my 6yr old brings homework home on wed. thats due fri. 7 pages! i dont like getting mad at HIM but i dont have the patience to help with that much work. isnt it her (teacher) job? i have no problem with anything else. we read together and "study" but i pay her wages to teach my child, and isnt 7 pages alot for grade k? help please im ready to explode!!

im from the US and i believe most are, this happened a few weeks ago on here: someone asked the ? what should a guy do for a girl for homecoming? now we think everyone KNOWS what homecoming is..not true one person answered "welcome home balloons" and say "miss you" alot etc. anyway this person got 26 THUMBS down votes. can you believe it ? was this rude or just people not realizing they may not be from somewhere that celebrates "homecoming". and to them it was someone COMING HOME...hhmm... anyone else have anything to add? i was just curious, and thank you for your additions
