How do payday advances work?

I am on disability and only get paid once a month, would I have a month to pay them back also?

Tomorrow I have an afternoon appointment with my surgeon to discuss surgery options for removing the two stomach ulcers I have.

The most invasive surgery I've ever had was just an EGD, which was a scope sent down from my mouth to my stomach, last week to check the state of the ulcers.

Please answer with some questions you think I should ask my surgeon before planning the surgery.

For about a month I've been working with my computer saying "Low Disc Space" on a small pop up. I've defragmented, I've deleted everything but the bare bones that I need to keep going, and till with the message. Just about every third day I get a message that says I NEED to delete 200mb worth of files immediately. Is this a virus of some sort? AVG hasn't picked anything up.

I have applied for SSDI 4 times and been denied 3 times, as I am told that is quite normal. I have my court date (finally! after three years!) on October 30th.
