I need an example of a theater production that is very, very simple: an absence of a music track, minimal decoration and scene production, etc.

Not sure if I even can, but is there a way to change the preview image of a video file? For example, I have several movies and right now they just show the first frame of the movie (solid black). Is there a way that I can assign maybe an image of perhaps the cover of the DVD to these video files?

I'd love to download the Windlight viewer for Second Life, but I can't find a link anywhere. Anyone got anything?

I'm looking for a program to help me memorize bits of information, like vocabulary. Ideally, it's something that I can put almost a spreadsheet of info into (words and their definitions, for example) and then it would generate questions for me to answer. Anyone got any leads?

I LOVE everything about my Mac, except for iPhoto. Picasa is - by far - the best image MANAGER that I have ever seen. I can only hope that Google soon releases a version for Mac. Until then, I need something that will truly manage my pictures. Please do not say "Just use iPhoto; they're the same" because they are NOT. I need a program that can monitor several photo folders, automatically adding pictures and modifying pictures. I don't even know if anything besides Picasa does this. However, if you know of any program that does, you will have made my day.

I just moved into a dorm room that seems to stay very cold. However, it seems that there is also some moisture in the air here as well, and it seems to condensate on my clothes, making them damp and smelly, even though they're very clean. It's really annoying!

Does anyone know of anything that I can hang in the wardrobe that would absorb this moisture, or anything in general that would combat this and keep my clothes smelling fresh and natural?

We have a vacuum-sealing system (I think it's like a Foodsaver or something similar) and the set has some jars that can be hooked up to the sealer and it sucks out all the air. Does anyone know of any jars that themselves have an air compressor or even a hand pump to remove unwanted air?

We have a canister light in our shower that is covered by fogged glass and for the life of me, I can not figure out how to change the light bulb. I can pull by the plastic lip of the light and remove the entire unit, but from there, I can't figure out how to do anything with it.

I know that it can't be that complicated, but try as I may, I can not seem to fold the back seats in my '99 A6? I believe that the '99 is similar to the 2000 and 2001 models, but if anybody could give me some DETAILED instructions, that would be great. Thanks!

I'm not talking about when stupid brands falsely advertise and throw Titanium into the name of a product so that it sounds fancy. I've always had an affinity towards Ti, and I was wondering if anyone had seen a computer case built completely out of actual titanium? It would be amazing...

I've never liked cup-style headphones for public use, because my Shure e3c phones are so portable and have absurd quality and sound isolation. However, I will be living in a dorm environment next year, and my roommate and I - while we're good friends - have very different music tastes. So, I need a comfortable, easy solution.

I have high expectations with headphones, and I want some that are comfortable over-the-ear headphones. Bluetooth would be neat maybe, but it's certainly not a requirement.

I recently acquired a Wacom tablet and I absolutely love it and writing with it on my computer. Having my hand writing on screen is so cool, but using Photoshop to write takes a lot of memory. I wish that I had a lower memory application designed to take notes with by hand. I know that there are apps with Palms and tablet PCs for this, but I wish that I knew of one that I could download and use to take notes with. What would be ideal is something that has almost "virtual paper" that was ruled, so my writing would be straight.

Really, I'm up for any suggestions!

I'm wanting to make my first really quality paddle for table tennis, and I'm selecting rubber, but I can't seem to find out if the package contains enough for several paddles, or just one application, because it's moderately pricey. Any help would be appreciated!

Might seem like an ignorant question, but what is the voltage of a standard household outlet? The three-prong that you plug basically everything into?

I'm in a relationship with someone who is a lot more sexually experienced than me, and I'm worried that I won't be able to please her sexually. We're not having sex yet, but, well, it's not far off at all. Being relatively inexperienced, I feel like maybe I just won't measure up to her. I don't know what kind of help I'm looking for. Tips? I have been friends with this girl for about four years, and we've always been decent friends. In the last year, we became closer friends, but in the last two months, we've been, well, more than friends. It's strange: we have most all the elements of a relationship, but we're not in one. She doesn't like relationships, but I want to be more than just a f*** buddy to her, because she does mean a lot to me, and I've just discovered that I really do like to spend time with her. How can I show her that all guys aren't assholes? How can I get her to have enough faith in me to be able to depend on me?

I have a very poorly behaved dog that we have had for a while now, and I am in desperate need of a good bark collar. Ideally, I would like something that would automatically emit a shock/sound/citronella, but I would also like to be able to manuallly activate it if he did something bad.

My acne is pretty much under control, but I still get some mild breakouts, and I have a little bit of acne on other parts of my body. It's not that bad, it just bothers me. Anyone know of any like body washes, medicines, or solutions to get rid of it?
