My computer is running low on RAM. How can I make it run better without upgrading my computer's hardware?
Is there something I can do to reduce my usage? Can I do somesort of cleanup, other than the usual (CCleaner, Norton 360, defragging, etc)?
4 AnswersLaptops & Notebooks1 decade agoHow many here, after careful research, sort of see the point of the NWO crowd?
I see all sorts of things they are trying to accomplish, and while I don't agree with the vast majority of their garbage, I do sort of see the point...there are huge swaths of sheep out there, who don't care a lick about politics until it involves their congressman bringing home the bacon, or heaven forbid, the programs for which they paid no taxes to cover, yet they CHERISH are being slashed...usually involving corrupted public education or "free" medical and "reproductive services"....Am I alone, or does anyone else at least see their point?
8 AnswersOther - Politics & Government1 decade agoIs there any truth to the rumors about IMF gold bars having tungsten cores, and if so, links?
My buddy and I have heard these rumors from all corners of the blogosphere, and we're both wondering if anyone has heard anything more concrete than conjecture?
2 AnswersOther - Politics & Government1 decade agoThe FDIC is bankrupt...is there a Dommsday scenario for how many bank failures the system can take?
What I'm wondering is if there's a line in the sand...some limit as to how many banks can fail when the FDIC is bankrupt? On Aug. 25th, they post their quarterly report...what happens if more small banks fail? A few have failed recently, but the media didn't report on it.
7 AnswersOther - Business & Finance1 decade agoHere's a video of Mancow being waterboarded. IS THIS TORTURE?
http://www.facebook.com/ext/share.php?sid=85362486...
This is the most polarizing debate in modern America. I've heard Conservatives say it IS torture and Liberals say it's not. What do YOU think? We've all heard the blowhard politicians and their ideas, and the pundits and talkers and their opinions, which get confused for news. I want to hear it from YOU.
19 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoWhat are the ramifications of a devalued US Dollar to the Global Economy?
http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/6807/53/
What would the impact of a completely trashed US currency upon the rest of the world, that continues to use our currency. How do you think it would affect those economies that make the switch? Please, don't trash the source. In Europe, the media is nowhere near as corrupt as it is here in the US. The American Media is a complete blackout for real news, and I mean that.
7 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoWhat part of the US Constitution allows Obama to cut the ad budget at Chrysler?
I'm quite familiar with the founding documents, and I see no article that allows the Federal government to take ownership in a private company, NEVERMIND fire General Motors' CEO and cut Chrysler's advertizing budget...do you? Where?
30 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoI just saw Rick Santorum on FOX. Does this mean that the Republican Primaries have just begun?
I want to be clear here, I do NOT support our President. I think he is an A-1 shcmucko, and Biden is too...I'm a Libertarian.
9 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoWhat are the political ramifications of the tea parties in America?
21 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoHow long do you think we have before the house of cards falls on our heads?
I just got this video from a very good friend. I am curious to hear what you guys and gals have to say about it. All input welcome.
12 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoAlex Jones' reporter, Luke Rudowski, got arrested last night. Heres the link. Is this what America does?
To honor Freedom of the Press? His credentials were in order, he was standing in the lobby of a very busy New York City hotel, and was arrested for tresspassing. In addition, they are telling him that his press passes are phoney, when Alex himself says they are not. Whether you agree with Alex Jones or not, this is very much a violation of the 1st Ammendment! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y2DMAzAQGD4&feature...
10 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoLet's go! I'd like to hear the Pro-Gun side of the issue, any takers?
I am, of course, Pro-Gun. I believe that the Second Ammendment is a right of the people, and any restrictions upon gun ownership represent an infringement. Personally, I DON'T think RPGs belong in civilian hands. I also think that if the Federal Government doesn't want something to fly in their direction, it sure better not come flying in ours. We are in fact an ingenious people, and under duress, we are fairly inventive. We WILL repel tyranny. Now, Pro-Gun folks, where do YOU stand...where do your limits lie? What do YOU believe?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6MU12ensIWg
This pretty much sums it up for me. This is Penn & Teller on the topic.
23 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoI know where I stand, but I want to hear the opposition...any GOOD arguments against the 2nd Ammendment?
I have heard very few pieces of sound logic in opposition, but I always hear them in dribs and drabs. Let's stop bullcrapping, and have the debate. I'm pro-gun. I think the AK-47 is the all-around best weapon for personal, citizen-based defense, as is clearly outlined in the Second Ammendment, and I will argue the side of the Armed Citizen. Please, let's just hear from the disarmament side of the argument on this one. I know, my fellow shooters and Patriots, you want to jump in. In a few minutes, I'll post the opposing question, so you can let 'er rip. I just want to hear the other side of the debate here.
23 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoHow do you guys feel about an officer asking our soldiers to register their personal arms?
Down in Kentucky, an officer asked the men under his command to submit the serial numbers and location of all personal firearms, and if they have a concealed carry permit, the issuing State and license number. How's that grab you? I gotta say, it ticks me right the heck off! You guys kick butt!
20 AnswersMilitary1 decade agoWhy is the Declaration of Independence edited on the Jefferson Memorial?
The part about "the right of the people to abolish or overthrow" the Federal Government is MISSING. Do you think that the Federal Government is afraid of something? Guilty conscience? This is a lot like how the NRA glosses over the first half of the 2nd Ammendment with three dots. "Being necessary to the Security of a free state...the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." Where's the part about the well-regulated militia? Why are they editing out the one Freedom that secures all of the others?
7 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoIsn't this list of soon-to-be-banned firearms a big fat violation of the Second Ammendment?
http://www.rense.com/general85/obs.htm
The best part is the clause, "a rifle cannot be determined to be for sporting purposes simply because it serves a sporting purpose".
Did they think our Founding Fathers were into sports?? Heck, why not put skiing, rowing, or discus into the Constitution, right? Am I wrong in saying that the Second Ammendment is to REVOLT against an 'overreaching and corrupt government'? After all, those were precisely the words Madison and Jefferson wrote on the subject!
7 AnswersLaw Enforcement & Police1 decade agoIn a case of Martial Law, do you think the US Military would participate?
Or do you think they would stand with the Constitution, and defend it from tyranny? I wonder this, as we all head into a time where the NWO is becoming a regular topic, and it's not so tinfoil hattish. Gordon Brown was in Congress yesterday talking about a "Global Solution" to our collective economic woes, and I ask because it's becoming apparent that this may be an eventuality. Theorize? Go ahead and fill a page, let's have this discussion, as a free people, while we still can.

9 AnswersPolítica1 decade agoTax troubles for Rahm Emmanuel. What are the ramifications of this on the 2010 congressional elections?
According to World Net Daily, Rahm Emmanuel didn't disclose the fact that he lived rnt free in a home owned by another Congressman. He calls it, "hospitality", but it still needs to be declared, especially when it's in a ritzy Connecticut village. Here's the article.

8 AnswersPolitics1 decade agoAre all of you going to call the Senate Banking Committee and asking them to stop TARP 2?
There's no hope for the House Committee. The number for the Senate Banking Committee is: 1(202) 224-7391. Call them up and give them a piece of your mind, over and over and over again. This is our job, folks. GIVE 'EM HELL!!!!!
