I have stretched my ear to 8mm and I think the stretcher is too heavy so it is still quite sore and keeps on bleeding. I do have flesh tunnels that I could put in but not sure if I should yet because it is not properly healed. What should I do? Thanks :)

I'm going to Magaluf in the Summer with a bunch of friends and I was wondering if I would be able to take noodles. Asda's instant own noodles are amazing and I doubt I would be able to get them over there. If I can take them would it be better to take them in my suitcase or my hand luggage? Thanks :)
