I am planning on proposing to my girlfriend this December but I have no idea where to do it. Our first date was at Buffalo Wild Wings followed by a movie so I don't care to do it there. We are both from Michigan. We have been trying to plan a trip somewhere for when I would want to do it. Wherever it is I want it to be picturesque because I plan on hiring a photographer to capture the proposal. My options are really anywhere in the US that we can get to and stay for a few days for under $1000 each.

Either that or I had the idea to tie the ring to a puppy's collar and she gets the ring and the puppy.

So I have been dieting and exercising at the gym (4+ times per week) for a month now. I am specifically trying to target the little belly fat that I have. I have lost 10 pounds over the month but I want the belly fat gone.

What are good exercises or routines I can do to target that area and should I devote a day or two to this?

I want to make sure I am doing everything I can to accomplish my goal. I am 5'9" and I started out at 165 lbs and I have been dieting and going to the gym for 3 weeks now. I have lost only 6 lbs which seems low to me. My diet is limiting my intake. I have a hard boiled egg without yolk for breakfast and a glass of soy milk, lunch I have 1/2 cup of quinoa mixed with black and kidney beans, peas, green peppers, red peppers and onion, afternoon snack I have carrots and an apple and for dinner I have another 1/2 cup on what I had for lunch. Lots of water and unsweetened tea and no alcohol.

I'm currently at the gym for around an hour 4-5 days a week doing a minimum of 10 minutes of interval cardio and a max of 40 minutes paired with weight upper body day, lower body day, arms shoulders and back day, core day and misc day but I am becoming discouraged with my lack of results. Is there anything I am doing wrong? Should I spend more time at the gym?

My goal is to get more toned and lose the little bit of a flat tire I feel I had going. I would like to see better results by mid June. Is that plausible? What should I do differently, better, quit doing, etc?

Need help for a gift for my girlfriend! Last question was deleted even though it violates nothing....So ladies I need help deciding between a Swarovski necklace or Pandora charms.

So I have been dating this amazing girl for almost 3 months now. We had a really good connection. To age ourselves we are both in college so this isn't a little high school thing. Anyways for Christmas I have been stuck between getting her a Swarovski heart necklace, or a couple Pandora beads. She doesn't have a "go-to" necklace and she just recently started wearing her Pandora bracelet more often and she only has 3 charms on it.

What do you think ladies? Go for the necklace or the charms? My friends that a girls have been about 70/30 for Pandora and I ended up swaying about 60/40 after seeing the Swarovski necklace in person.

Right now I feel like the heart necklace better shows how I feel because I can't seem to find a couple perfect Pandora charms.

So I would like to get my girlfriend either a necklace or earrings for Christmas. With our budget of $150 and how we have only been dating 3 months, what brand of jewelry do women like that aren't cheap, but aren't Tiffany's?

If I can I'd like to stay away from "typical" Kay's, Jared, Zales.....I want it to be a little more thought that "oh I saw that on a tv commercial."

So I had contact with her on Wednesday and I show no symptoms. She started showing symptoms late Saturday evening and has got worse since then. I was she was most likely infected the day before her symptoms showed up and she will only be contagious for 3-5 days. Seeing as it started on Saturday evening, when would be a safe next time to see her in hopes that she isn't contagious anymore?

If it's any help I have a strong immune system and rarely get sick and recently sharing a house with sick family members, I have been taking 1000mg of vitamin C every morning.

Also, she went to urgent care on Sunday and doesn't know what they gave her but I assume she was given an antiviral drug which is also said to help cut down on the contagion time.

I want to make a replica of an M14 rifle that fires .22 caliber bullets so it's cheaper to fire. Is is legal or are there copyrights and stuff on the design of the gun?

I received an offer today in my fantasy league, I trade Kippursoff andget Vokoun. Their 2012 season projections are almost the same, their current points are almost the same but Vokoun started hot and has cooled since where as Kippur has 85% of his points in the last 30 days.

Initially I thought sure but I don't want to get rid of a goalie that is streaking for a goalie or sort of a hot streak. Then again from a long term view, Caps will make the playoffs and are ranked very high on the power rankings compared to the Flames.

So Crosby is said to possibly return this weekend for 1 of the 2 games but then they have a break. I know his consitency but I mean he hasnt played in 10 months.

In my fantasy league he is currently a FA and I am contemplating picking him up in hopes that he will get back to his regular performance. I am 4-1 in my league and we get points for G, A, PIM, SHG, HAT, and PPP.

I would most likely drop Dave Bolland of Chicago, as he is one of my poorer players after starting hot, and I have Matt Carle and James Neal from Pit as well.

Should I snag him up before someone else does and he gets hot? I think if he gets hot but still looks shakey, I could always trade up.

I had 2 cocker spaniels. 1 was 13 and the other 3. The older one had a share of health issues a few years ago. When we got the new puppy, he seemed to get some life back into him. We believe the puppy pretty much added 3 years to his life.

We had to put down the older one yesterday. He was having heart failure and we wanted to put him out of his suffering peacefully. Ever since we returned from the vet, the 3 year old has been quite lethargic. Earlier this morning she thought she heard something and barked a few times, then went into a whining attack.

I believe she misses him. He has been a part of her life since the day we got her.

Has anyone else had experiences such as this?

I had a bad situation with a subleaser that accrued fines during the remainder of the lease. I had to pay because they stopped answering their phones. I filed with small claims and sent the service to their previous address before the subleased place because that was on their checks.

Is there a way I can find their current residence or place of work? I have both of their full names and phone numbers. I checked yellow pages, yahoo people search, LinkedIn and Facebook. I have been told to get a PI but I fear the cost and how they can get the info thru what I know. Can I send a letter with tracking to my subleased address and if it gets forwarded, would USPS tracking number show it's final destination?

I want my money back from them but I'm at a wall!

I am taking my subleasers to small claims court in Michigan for a few hundred dollars they owe me for damages and unpaid bills. Can the subpoena be served to them without an address? They didn't give me a new address when they left and IF I could actually contact them, they wouldn't give me their real address.

One guy offered $475 and another offered $800. $800 sounds tempting but trying to research online I found people's asking prices would total my collection close to $2000 conservatively but that obviously takes time to do.

I have recently aquired a complete new in box with certificate of authenticity Japanese Floral Calendar by the Hamilton Collection. I have all 12 plates brand new in their original box. I have seen these on Amazon and eBay for anywhere from $32-45 per plate. What is the whole collection worth? Or is it better to sell individually? Are some worth more than others? Any details would help! I know nothing about these.

I just got a Sig Sauer P220 .22LR as a gift. The gun is brand new. I just fired 100 rounds through it yesterday and was having a lot of mis-feeds and failures to extract, it seemed to be mostly with one of the two magazines, any help with that?

Also, the slide isn't locking back after the magazine is empty.

What is a fun bolt action rifle with a bigger caliber to shoot. Other than the Mosin Nagant? I like tactical looking weapons and curios and relics. No a huge fan of hunting guns as I'm not a hunter.

Bigger than a .22lr round and fun to shoot while not being CRAZY expensive.

A guy near me has 2 Mosin Nagants for sale. This is what he said about them,

"I have 2 Mosin; one's a 44, that I think is like new and has all the stuff but the box (sling oiler mag case tools etc.). The second is a war trophy from the Korean War I was told. It is sportterized, new sights, blued barrel (that was shortened) chrome mag. has a new aftermarket stock (one of those black molded ones) and a turned down bolt handle. I bought the 2nd one because of the stock and bolt handle. But it does look kind of nice. I also have ammo, a bag full. I know there are two bullet weights. May be a couple hundred rounds. I'll let it all go for $325 obo really don't know that much about them."

Think I could negotiate down? The guns look MIGHTY clean, and he estimates about 140 rounds of surplus with it. The guy is an Army Vet.

Since he says he doesn't know much about them, I plan on seeing if the original stock one is numbers matching. Also, the wooden stock and entire gun has been refurbished.

I was going to consider $300.

I want to buy a pistol. I am 20 and working in Colorado for the summer. I live in Michigan. The law there is 18+ long gun and shotgun and 21+ for pistol from an FFL. The law is 18+ for any firearm from a private sale of FTF, the only catch is in Michigan you need to go to your local PD and apply for a PPL or pistol purchase license.

I have no criminal charges on me at all, but do I still need to be 21 for an FTF private sale transaction in Colorado?

If so I can wait a month until I'm 21 and back home. If not I'll buy it out here and use it at the range.
