  • How Many Leopard Geckos?!?

I currently have a male leopard gecko, who has very low testosterone levels and irrelevantly he has a lovely personality

He lives alone in a 20 gallon (25 US) enclosure

We'r looking to get a female, i know the viv can house 2 more leo's but we would like to only have one female and a male.

SO my question is, Because our vivarium is so big can we house just one female and one male.

I know its not advised but iv seen a few scenario's where this has worked in15-20 gallons, just looking for more opinions

  • Information on keeping minnows?

i have a 2 ft tank and i'm wanting to keep a large shoal of minnows, it would be nice to have a variety of different kinds, however i'm aware that some are tropical but for the life of me i cant find any decent information on google.

its temperate water, filtered and has been running for a year (previous fish, empty now thou)

i already have a tropical tank and don't want to ''just stick a heater in''

    any suggestions?

  • is the tank/enclosure structurally sound?

i bought a 10 gallon fish tank, one of the decorative pieces of glass had broken (assuming because some numpty's bashed it)

my question is will it be structurally sound, i think its fine there's no clacks or anything and glass doesn't 'weaken' so to speak but my boyfriends mum reckons otherwise -_-"

Also the company we bought it from in Birmingham sent a tank and they 'lost it' and thus sent another and it took a month and the terrapin is too big for his current tank so we cant really just return it cause we're in edinburgh :/

(the necklace has 3 teeny dolphins as an inset and its silver so the back wouldn't be seen, i dnt mind a little mess ^.^)
