So I bought some shorts and a shirt from american eagle and and have been stalking the package tracker on usps. Well it said my package was delivered yesterday at ten...except it wasn't. Then I get a message on facebook from a stranger saying she got my package and accidentally opened it because she was expecting something from ae too. Except not only is the outside package opened but each inside clear package is opened and the contents look handled. They were shoved back in and wrinkled. I checked the address because maybe I wrote it wrong but its accurate. So long story short id im mad at her and my mailman...what can I do about it.....advise please

so i bleached my hair all over 3 years ago and I told myself i would never do that again! After i was done with my blonde faze i went to dye it light brown and the ends of my hair turned black! (b/c it was so porous and dead from bleaching it) so then i said screw it and dyed all of it black. the problem is my roots come in really really light and it looks terrible. so i decided to put chunky blonde and red highlights in it over my black hair and did that for 6 months. (each time i would get it done i'd lighten the blonde more) then i was stupid and let my cousin touch up my highlights instead of my usual hair stylist..well she screwed up badly with the blonde and red so i just told her to do all the highlights red. Now there are different shades of red highlights in my hair and it looks bad. i really just want to go back close to my natural dirty blonde but i don't know how i should do this?

I'm really afraid to strip or bleach it and i thought about just growing out the black but that would look like crap

should i grow out the black in my hair and just look like crap for a year (my hair grows reallyyyy slow)

or risk the damage and strip the color

have any of you gone through this..growing out black hair with light roots?

I just accepted a position as a dish washer at a small cafe and it's day shift which is perfect for me but it's a full time position and i really want part time. I just got a voice mail from the manager at Walgreen's to set up an interview but i haven't called back yet because i wanted to know if it is rude to ask about the type of hours and how many I would be working before i set up the interview. Can I do this? or is it rude

so I bought a big ol' tub of sour cream and I want to make a chip dip with french onion soup mix. How much of the sour cream should I use for one package of the soup mix?

I live in Michigan so the weather can get pretty nasty! I just bought a ford ranger and it is a stick shift! so I basically just learned how to drive a stick and I'm still getting the hang of it. I bought weight for the back of my truck becasue it is rear wheel drive. I bought three bags of concrete mix (80 lbs each) so thats 240 lbs...Do you think that is enough weight or should I get more?

Also, any advise for driving a stick in the winter that is rear wheel drive? thank you guys so much!
