Whenever I eat pasta or pizza hours later I usually get a skin rash on my face which implies that i'm sensitive to one / some ingredients that are in both.

The problem is I can eat things like cheese or tomato on their own without any reaction.

What can I do to help isolate what it is that's causing these reactions?

I want to do a trial of reducing/eliminating Starchy Carbs from my diet to see if there is any link between some symptoms i've been getting.

What foods in order of most starchy carbs should i focus on removing?

And what alternatives can i replace them with?

I have a 60W lightbulb on a dimmer switch. If i put the light on dim does this reduce my wattage and thus my electricity bill? or is it the current which drops?

I read in a chain email that if an energy saving lightbulb shatters it releases toxic and potentially fatal fumes.

Is there any truth behind this?

So i've been used to going to a dental practice for under 18s but now i'm an adult i need to change and go to a different practice. There's quite a few in my area, and i obviously want to go to a really good one even if it means travelling a little further. What kind of things do i need to consider when choosing one over the other? and is there any guides or 'recommended' practices to go to?

Banks/building societies offer a one off bonus if you have your cash ISA with them so you get a good rate but then after this expires you go on to a 'normal' rate which is significantly less.

This has now happened to me, so if i transfer my ISA to a different bank i'll get a good rate again for a while.

Does this mean that to continue getting a decent rate of return i need to transfer my ISA every year? Seems like a hassle..

I am a complete beginner to guitars. My parents bought me an acoustic but how can i tell what strings it is using i.e. nylon / other ?

I currently try and go 3 times a week and do half weights and half cardio..

1) What's the ideal number of times you should workout per week? And what pattern i.e. one day on, one day off or other?

2) Is it best to start doing cardio or weights first? or maybe even alternate i.e. cardio, weight, cardio?

3) How long roughly before you start to notice the effects? Presuming you go 3 times a week

What's the minimum outdoor temperature it needs to be in order to get a natural tan?.. assuming that it is sunny.

Does anyone know when Rock Band 2 is released in the UK?

When i drink alcohol my face goes really red and hot...and its quite embarrassing.

Is there anything i can do to stop this from happening. I'm not a heavy drinker at all but i do like the occasional drink on special occasions and when going out with mates.

We've recently bought Rock Band (which is Awesome!)

But we keep getting complaints from downstairs saying its too loud even when we're not hitting that hard.

We tested it and it is in fact louder downstairs than in the room we play in!...could this be due to vibrations or something?

So anyway we bought the official drum silencer pads - but it hasn't had much effect.

Has anybody had this problem and how reduce the noise level?
