I need help identifying the year and value of a Gibson 12 string guitar.?
The guitar looks exactly like the one in this auction. Same bridge, same pick guard, same hardware, same paint colors around the opening, same diamond inlays on the head. It's a Gibson 12 string acoustic guitar, serial number 952836. I believe the model is a B45-12 sunburst. The main difference between the one in the auction and the one I have is that it has "Made in the USA" stamped under the serial number and I know that's important to dating it. I keep bumping into conflicting info on the net.

I know condition is everything and this one has many cracks in the finish but other than that it seems to be in good working order but I am not a guitarist. I'm only going by what my eyes are telling me.
2 AnswersOther - Entertainment9 years agoWhat's the biggest swing a baseball team has gone from being over .500 and finishing with a losing record?
I'm watching the Pittsburgh Pirates go from being 14 games over .500 and being a mortal lock to finishing with a winning record for the first time in 20 years to currently sitting at 72-67, 5 games above .500. If the Bucs finish 80-82 that would be a sixteen game swing. What's the record for games over .500 and finishing with a losing season?

I just put a new toilet flapper in and when you flush it drops all the way over backwards and stays open. It looks like the attached except the ring is brass and the float that's facing the camera is solid on both ends. It's not hollow like this one. Do I have the wrong one?
1 AnswerDo It Yourself (DIY)9 years agoAnyone know how to find the weather in 1915?

1 AnswerWeather9 years agoLooking for superheroes that are rip offs/homages to Batman?
I'm looking for superhero characters that are obviously based on/ripped off from Batman. Marvel has a couple variation on Night Hawk and a character called Hawk Owl in their Ultimate universe. There's The Midnighter from The Authority and there's Nite Owl from "The Watchmen" mini series.
Can anyone name anymore? Don't be afraid to get obscure.

I'm trying to make a mock movie poster in Photoshop and I wanted to add the little box that has the rating and explain what the rating means but I can't find a nice clean graphic of one on line. Does anyone know what the thing is called or where I can find clip art of one?
1 AnswerMovies1 decade agoWhy does my music have a poor sound quality when I play it on iTunes?
I have a G5 iMac with OS 10.6.6 and when I play music on iTunes (downloaded or off a CD) it's terribly staticy. I don't seem to have any problems with audio on any videos. I just listened to a DVD of The Who and if anything it was too loud!
The problem seems to be getting worse too.
1 AnswerSoftware1 decade agoI'm having trouble with my wireless network losing signal.?
I reboot the network, restart the modem, let it stablize, then reboot the router then start the computer. The computer will find the signal and it will be strong (75% plus) and the speed will be like 56 MBps and you can go on any internet site.
Now what happens is the speed drops off. Quickly. Within five minutes it will down to 48 MBps then 36 MBps and of course the internet just turns to sludge. Finally it will bottom out at 2 MBps.
The computer I am using is plugged in through the router and it works fine.
Where is my speed going?
3 AnswersComputer Networking1 decade agoHow do you change the gap between songs in iTunes?
I know how to do it for all tracks but I have an album were tracks 3 and 4 shouldn't have a gap. They are supposed to run together.
How do I eliminate the gap between just those two songs?

Seems like he had two deaths this year.

1 AnswerPolls & Surveys1 decade agoWhy do we know if someone is looking at us even if we can't see them?
I was driving this morning and there was this good looking woman walking across a parking lot. I mean she was a good 100 yards away. I looked at her for about two seconds and she snapped her head around and looked right at me like I flashed a light at her. She couldn't have seen me. I was in a row of traffic. But she knew I was looking at her. How?
And once I was sitting at a trafiic light and I just knew the guy behind me to my left was staring at me. I couldn't see him. I just "felt" the stare. I thought it was someone who was pissed at me and I was going to end up in a fight. I didn't even want to turn my head and give the guy a chance to get my attention. Turns out it was just a friend of mine but he stared at the back of my head and BAM... I turned around.
How do you feel someone's gaze on you?
1 AnswerOther - Society & Culture1 decade agoI saw THE smallest car ever. What was it?
I was driving the other day I saw the smallest car I ever saw. It remineded me of a Nash Rambler station wagon from the early 60s.

But like a half scale version. I mean Cooper Minis are small but they still look like cars. This was more like a toy or an amusement park ride. It looked like there was two people in it and I can't imagine how any adult could even fit in this thing.
Anyone have any idea what this might have been? I had the feeling it may have been European.
