Hi all! I am having trouble keeping my lawn alive despite plenty of water and sunshine. I've added nutrients and anti-fungal as well and haven't seen an improvement. Any advice?

2 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs5 years agoConnecting two monitors to mid-2012 Macbook?
How do I do it? Im limited to one thunder port. One screen puts out HDMI the other VGA. I'm trying to keep the cost down i.e. not buying an $80 adapter. Any help is appreciated!
1 AnswerMonitors5 years agoTwo monitors hooked up to one Macbook... How?
I have one monitor connected from monitor to HDMI to thunder port into my Macbook.
The other I have monitor to HDMI... but am unsure on the best/least expensive way to connect. I have a HDMI to VGA which I suppose could buy female VGA to USB... but is there a better way?
The other available port is a small "flux capacitor" looking port located as the 3rd port between power supply and thunder port.
I would like each monitor to behave independently, meaning I am not looking to duplicate the same working image on both screens.

1 AnswerSoftware5 years agoI'm replacing a home thermostat and need help verifying that I rewired the unit correctly?
My old thermostat was ancient and I replaced it with a more modern version.
I want to verify that I correctly placed the wire correctly on the new unit, as none of the letter codes or wire colors were consistent between models or in the manual.
I tested it out and everything works fine- both heat and ac. I just want to make sure there isn't a fire risk or something just incase I am wrong.
Please note that the old red wire was attached to Rh. The old blue wire was attached to either "C" or "G".
THANK YOU!
3 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs5 years agoHelp me design my California garden!?
I have a relatively small plot in my yard in California and I would like to put drought-resistant plants in. Any suggestions as to what plants and soil/rocks/liner I should use? This is all entirely new to me so the more detailed you can be the better.
Ideally, I d like 4 or 5 plants that don t overreach onto the cement by much. I would like to put them in some type of rock bed, but not sure what this encompasses.
I also have a dog that frequents the yard and I would like something that wouldn t hurt her or attract her into digging there.
THANK YOU!
2 AnswersGarden & Landscape6 years agoMy 1 year old Boxer needs help potty training?
Hi! My Boxer can pee on walks, but prefers to go poop only in my paved yard. Its better than going in the house, but how do I turn her on to going outside? The patio has her fecal-smell, so should i buy a pet urine cleaner to take that away? Any help is appreciated. Please comment with any questions. Your help is VERY appreciated. Thanks!
