By then we will have been official for 3 months...not very long but we dated for 2 1/2 months before. So I do want to get him something nice for Christmas.

First of all, he thinks clothes and video games are a lame gift--and he happens to like both! (I know, right?) He thinks gift-giving should be really thoughtful, not just something that's on their wish list, but something you think they would like/appreciate.

He's passionate about martial arts/boxing and wants to become a successful businessman/entrepreneur when he grows up. He's not a big reader, but does like books like "How to Win Friends and Influence People"--people skills/business type books. He likes going out, but has been cutting back lately due to $$ issues. He's a people person and can get along with just about anyone. He loves Asian food, or food in general. Doesn't wear cologne.

I was thinking about doing a few little things that represent some of our inside jokes...and then an actual nice gift.

Any ideas would be appreciated! I am clueless right now! Thanks :)

It's too fancy for school...unless there's a way to dress it down. Maybe wear it to a dinner date. What else?

DESCRIPTION: My hair is long, somewhat thick, and dark brown. It is straight, but I have to use a straightener to get it really smooth otherwise it has kinks in it. When I blow dry it, it gets kind of poofy/little frizzy/voluminous. I have a few layers at the tips of my hair. My bangs are just underneath my eyes and to the side.

PROBLEM: My hair doesn't have much shape. It is like two curtains, I think.

I'm thinking about more layers to thin it...but how? Lots of short ones...how high?? etc.

So far i have 7 friends. should i invite my 6 cousins? (if i invite one they all have to come). one of my cousins goes to the same school as me and is more popular, and she teases me sometimes (she does to most ppl thats just her). shes friends with 3/7 of the friends im inviting. i want this to be my day b/c it's Sweet 16! should i invite her (and the rest of my cousins)? i just don't know if she will try taking the spotlight or not.
