the owner of the house has laid mesh and glued in down with construction adhesive along the seams, now wants us to lay mortar on top like a scratch coat. not a professional tiler so don't know if its the right way. but yeah we can do it if the pays there but, Will the mortar stick to the "felt, asphalt" material? if not whats the proper way to tell the owner to do it.

so about a week ago i seafoamed my 92 chevy 1500, after i followed the directions it felt smoother and was driving great, thought great stuff, now after a couple of trips my truchk started idling really strange the rpms would go up and down, and when i would stop at a light it seemed liked it wanted to shut off, battery gauge needle would move almost all the way down, same with fuel gauge, the truck never did shut off on me but was running like crap, wondering if this has happened to anybody, and if so what they do, or any suggestions on what it might be and how can i fix, thanks

Have a citizenship card that the photo is a little old lost my actual drivers lincence card so no id, but have the temp one for the time being, i dont have any recent photo of me, will this cause a problem for me to cross the border?? have other government docs but with no photo and i really need to cross this weekend, anything else that is valid? or should my citizenship be good enough?
