SAHM and proud of it

Please anyone that has serious answers and advice my question is this we are a family of six on a somewhat tight income we just cant seem to get a savings started and we want to save up money for a new house . I know we need to put money in savings we just do not seem to have any left at the end of the month to put there . How do you and your family save and stick to it ?

we are a family of six that lives on a very tight budget and this year i am wondering how other families manage to get the things that children need to go back to school with out breaking there budget

My husband is a diabetic and struggles with it i am wanting to cook healthier for him can some one give me a good website that shows whats good for him and not we also have children that i want to learn to eat healthier so i guess this would be a diet for the whole family

trying to teach the kids how to make a compost bin where do we begin new to all this ,gardening , composting, etc we need to know what to put in one how to build one any thing like that, and also how long it takes till you can use the compost

I was wanting to take my kids on a weekend trip to the zoo in columbus Ohio this weekend but i am a little nervous to take them to crowded area with this Scare of the Sine Flu or what ever it is being called now is any one else limiting there trips to places because of this . I don't want to be come a hermit and not go out around crowds but i also don't want to risk my kids health .

When i was little and younger i remember my grandmother telling people that you should never ask for ?? i cant remember what it is that is my Question it was something like strength ,or Patience it is driving me crazy that i can not remember what it was

a kid at our school was just told he has meningitis what should we do as far a precautions and such

we are trying to fix our Credit so i have paid off 2 credit cards and i have caught up the payments on others so how long does it take for my credit card to start showing my progress

i have watched a few episodes here and there and last night i watched the Thanksgiving episode and i was wondering how the one brothers child had to have the Other two brothers tested for paternity how did this come about

My son just turned 3 yrs old and we cant get him broke from bed wetting i have never used pull ups or training pants we have always from the time we put our Children in underwear they have just worn them but my 3 yr old son is having accidents every night i am getting tired of washing bed clothes not to mention he is ruing his mattress we make him go before bed and we cut back drinks in the evening and he still pees the Bed what are we doing wrong and how long till he grows out of this , i should add when he pees the bed he does not even wake up he does not even realize he has done it till morning ?

My 7 year old son has had the Diarrhea now for the 5th day i took him to the Dr Yesterday and the Dr put him on a diet of no milk products ,juice Fruit anything with lots of Sugar and so on . He is not going allot just when he seems to Eat something and he has no fever ,has not vomited and acts fine .He is eating fine (he has never been a big eater ) . he only ended up going once yesterday and it was a loose movement ,and now he has just had to go first thing this morning and it was a loose movement . Does anyone have any ideas why he would be doing this if he is still doing it by Monday the Dr wants to send him for a Stole sample . I should add that at the Dr yesterday the Dr said he was a little Dehydrated .

I am new to ebay i have recently put a bid on something now what happens if I am the winner how do I go about paying for something and how do I know if I can trust this person . I was told by a friend i could check the sellers score what does this mean ??? PLEASE someone explain ebay to me !

we are have allot of finance troubles this year and i know its a bit early to be thinking about Christmas but i like to think ahead I know Christmas is not about how much money you spend its about the birth of Jesus .With that being Said what are some fun and inexpensive things to do with kids that will make them have a great Christmas and not notice that there are fewer gifts under the tree then from years past . My sons are 16,14,7,and 3 .Please give me some of your tips and ideas !

Our Dishwasher just does not seem to be getting dishes clean well actually not getting them clean at all we are to the point we just do them by hand (yuck) can someone give me advice on how to load the dishwasher (maybe just not doing it right ) . we put our pots and pans on the bottom rack with plates then cups and bowls on the top rack . what is the best detergent to use ? Maybe there is dishwasher for dummies !!

I should add that my husband says it acts like we are not getting enough water pressure .

Also we have had the repairman here 2 times for this and he finds nothing wrong with it .

My Husband and i have got our selves in over our head with Debt so we are trying to payoff some credit cards one a mont till we get them paid off we were paying only our min payment each month which you know gets you know where so i said ok i cant take it any more we are paying them off one at a time the only bad thing is the ones we are not getting paid off each month are falling behind in payment which is messing up our credit we should have them all paid off by February of next year so I was wondering all the ones that are putting marks on our Credit report how long after we pay them all off should our Credit start improving ?
