the date of lay-off will be January 2nd 2014. i AM CONCERNED AND UNSURE WHAT HE WILL GET (How many weeks) as he should be retiring but will need this to live. does anyone know with the current law changing how many weeks he can get living in NY state, and if their still are extra weeks after the first 26 are exhausted.

Ok here is what happened..nephew was charged with OVI, possession, and speeding. paid the speeding fine. hired attorney..prose cuter said he was way over limit with drugs and alcohol. that was 5 months ago. now they want him to come back to Ohio do a 3 day rehab type thing and than go before judge. My nephew thinks nothing applys to him and is not planning on doing any of this..could somebody who has knowledge tell me what they will do to him?

Thanks for taking your time...My nephew just got a charge of OVI and Paraphenalia charge in the state of Ohio. I went and bailed him out cash bail $625.00 and he returned to NY He went in front of the judge and he pleaded "Not Guilty" he asked the officer to take a breathalizer officer refused but made him give a urine sample. He has to appear Dec. 1st again in court for a jury trial..But thats just what the judge said he would be getting a jury trial..could you please tell me what to expect when we take him on Dec 1? can they take him into custody? Is it automatically jail time? also would it have been better to just plead Guilty and can you change your plea. And what would the outcome be if he could change plea to guilty. This is his first offence. He was pulled over for going 82 in a 55..although I could not see speeding on the charge sheet. Just anyone who can give me some information?? please and thank you!

I would like to know if anyone has used the paint and primer in one over vinyl wallboard? If you have what kind of paint did you buy and how many coats? They are all telling me to primer first than paint but i was wondering if the new paint will do it all in one coat.

Hi I hope someone can intepret this since I do not go to doctor till July 1st! I had a TSH of 0.01 and a scan and it concluded I had thyroiditis.My endo was a complete jerk and I got a second opinion. my NEW blood tests say TSH 4.64 T3 is 30 and T4 is 5.9. I feel terrrible have for about a year now. I had another scan and the RAIU was 31.1 Am I now hypo? any information at all can help. Thank you. (I don't have the ranges)

I recently had a thyroid test...my TSH was 0.01 and my free t4 was 3. I am so confused as I am gaining weight not losing weight. I had heard the levels are not so exact anymore. I am scheduled for a ultrasound of my thyroid and a radioactive uptake test. I think this is going to be a long battle before they figure all this out...has anyone ever had these kind of readings and had it be nothing? or am i in for a long battle? thanks for any information...I always thought if anything i would be hypo!

I have a neighbor who is going out of her mind with the cat she has just got she has had her for about a month and will not go in the litter box, a couple times she has but most of the time she will squat and pee right in front of her or go pee and poupe behing things. my nephew was was arrested on sat. still do not know the charges, the public defenders office called and said they can't take the case beacause of an ethical conflict and will assign an outside council. would not give his mother an answer as to what the ethical conflict mean't. he was never in trouble before he is 18 and does not make enough to hire counsil of his own. also how can i find out what the charges are? this is new york state by the way and he has not met with an attorney yet. this is all over damage to a car someone else did. thanks in advance.
