I had a scorpio man to tell me i make him nervous, now knowing how they are and having 2 brothers and a sister that are scorpios i know how they are and being nervous is not one of their traits...lol...He often makes comments about my eyes and how beautiful i am, (if that means anything) and also thought i wouldnt give him the time of day and just as a test to see if he would say anything i havent messaged him in 3 days and he sees me on, will go on my page but wont say anything...lol ........Ok yall help me out...lol.....I dont chase men but im quit intrigued by him.....what should i do?

Along with my exercise regimen, im considering doing body wraps I wanted to know if there were any ladies out there who had lost a nice amount of weight from doing these.....I drink ALOT of water and i know that essential. R these a good investment over time or just a waste of time.....Id like to read every ones answers but really would love to read the answers of those of u who have used them with good results, i've heard that its something u have to keep doing over time......I look forward to your answers

My question is, how long does the body burn calories after a workout? I'm doing a brisk 45min walk at 3.0 rpm(i guess that's right) at an incline of 2-3% (just in case u guys were wondering what i was doing) Please provide proof of your answer.....Thank u in advance

Ok here it goes, im starting a weight loss regimen soon and im wondering if i should take HYDROXYCUT. Now in the past ive done the slimfast which worked great (13lbs in 2 1/2 weeks) along with Tae-bo...Now im wanting to get it goin and would like some extra energy. Im going to do the slimfast again and also the tae-bo, however the first week i will do the treadmill as i had surgery earlier this year and dont want to overdo it, but in the later weeks im gonna want to amp up my workout because u all know we hit that plateau. What do u all think about the Slimfast/Hydroxycut combo? btw, im looking to lose approx. 80lbs....Just in case yall were wondering

Ok um i have a Palm Centro, and i went in to take a nap and plugged it up, well my sister sent me a text message, i answered and put it under my pillow because i was too lazy to plug it back up....i just got up from my nap not only is my phone very hot but it WONT TURN ON AT ALL...even when i plugged it up it didnt make the lil sound it makes that lets u know its charging, i do have the Equipment Protection but im really hoping i dont have to do that....Please somebody help....Thank You

I wanted to know how many ladies out there workout when their period comes?, Its hard for me because my body just shuts down and the cramps become almost unbearable sometimes i feel weak like im just drained. Ive stopped excercising during that time before and its not hard for me to get back into it after the 7 days. Just curious if there are other women like me or who continue to excercise during this time.
