I'm 15 and this guy I like is 23. But once I'm 16 and the age of consent which in my state is 16. Can we date and have sex legally? and is it true that it's not illegal if the parents allow you?

Last week I was really sick with sores in my throat and it was very inflamed. I was working two jobs and I'm 15. I was only supposed to work at one place that day and Icalled out of work because my throat hurt and I just didn't feel like getting out of bed. I called out at 7 AM. The manager didn't call me back until 5 minutes before my shift was supposed to start but I wasn't near my phone because I had fell a sleep. She called me a lot and txted me multiple times and threatened to fire me because I didn't get sub coverage but I didn't have anyone's number that currently worked there because everyone quit because the manager doesn't speak good to her employees. We just got a new manager also. This was my first time talking to her. The old manager used to help us find subs if we called out. So I thought she would help me and it was my first job. When I woke up I texted her and I said it hurts to talk and I was asleep, I think it's best if you just take me off the schedule. Then she called me and said when you are more responsible within holding a job, I'll put you back on the schedule. Have a GREAT day. So does that mean I got fired or I quit?

I've been playing for three years, I'm not that good. The only trouble I have is running a mile in 8 minutes because I run slow but stick skills are good but if I don't do field hockey then I can work more since I have two jobs, please answer.

Do you think it's a good idea?

How do I manage my time with...

1) School- I really want to get better grades in school.

2) Family- I like to spend an hour with them every night and day.

3) Work- I want to get a job on the weekends like on Fridays and Saturday nights just as a hostess somewhere that will hire me at my age.

4) Exercise- I'm kind of fat for my age, i'm 5'7'' and weight 160 so I'm trying to eat healthier and fitter.

5) Friends- I like seeing them on the weekends.

6) Driver's ED

7) Sports- I play sports every day except for on Saturdays.

I'm 15, I am 5''6'' and I weigh about 156 pounds. I'm a 36C.

My mom never talks to me about sex but when I was just learning about it she did give me the talk and it was very awkward. tonight I asked her a question about my period and she said don't worry about it and it's not like your doing it then as I walked out she said well I hope not. Hello, I'm 15 and i'm getting surgery in a month. My mom is okay with it but I just have a few questions regarding it. Does it hurt badly afterwards? Is the pain bearable after a week to return to school? When can you swim after? How long is the surgery? And can you have ur period a week after surgery? Thanks for answering me.

So I liked this guy for about 5 years. He started bothering me for "things" then I said no because I wasn't ready and I was about to get surgery on a "place" well anyways Now he txts my best friend and tells her that It's complicated with the girl he's talking too. Well I wanna go out with him, how can I make that obvious when he doesn't reply to my txts.
