I'm a small town girl who just recently found God. I have a wonderful husband and a beautiful child. I love to travel and wish to one day be able to travel and tell people about God. My goal is to do as much as God wants me to do for him. I love him. He saved me from a terrible life. I'm a pretty happy person and I love anybody. I love music and nature. That's about it!!

  • How bout these verses concerning the end?

Rev 3:3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

1Th 5:4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.

Psalms 25:14- The secret of the LORD [is] with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.

Amos 3:7-Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

Ecc 8:5 Whoso keepeth the commandment shall feel no evil thing: and a wise man's heart discerneth both time and judgment.

John 16:25-These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall shew you plainly of the Father

    Acts 1:7-8-

7And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.

8But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

There are a lot of scripture that says that we will not know the day or hour. I've never seen one that says that we CANNOT know. Can you show me? Also, keep in mind this scripture

1Cr 2:13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

We are not supposed to take a verse or meaning and assume that is the final saying until we compare that scripture with other scripture. God tells us these things in the bible.

  • For those who believe in God who keep saying that nobody knows the day or hour.?

God told Noah before he destroyed the world the first time. He told Jonah before he was going to destroty Ninevah, he told Abraham and Lot when he was going to destroy sodom and gamorrah. God even tells us in Amos 3:7-Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

God has always warned people before he has done anything. Can you tell me any time in the bible that he didn't? What makes you think he wouldn't tell us before his return? May 21, 2011

  • What year was the Quran written?

I know that the bible was finished being written in 94 A.D. give or take a few years.

Revelations (the last book of the bible) states this...

Revel 22:18 If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

Rev 22:19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and [from] the things which are written in this book.

Just curious if the Quran was written before or after these words were spoken by God.

  • Little survey for wives?

My husband thinks I call him too much at work. I might call him twice a day if I do. He thinks I complain too much about being a stay at home mom. I complain because I feel like he thinks work is more important than I am. He is gone every day from 8 am till 8:30 or 9 pm and off on the weekends. He thinks that no other wives are this unhappy. I didn't think I was unhappy. I need to ask some questions and see if I'm crazy or my husband. Thank you

    1. If you are a stay at home mom. Do you enjoy it?

    2. Do you ever complain about your child getting on your nerves once in a while?

    3. Do you call your husband or contact him in some way during the day? If so, how many times?

    4. How long is your husband gone for work?

    5. What do you do while you are at home?

    6. Any comments about your relationship with your husband that is similar to this situation?

I just need to know. I'm a new mom and I got married 1 year ago. Before that I was single and doing my own thing. Please help me!

  • Why are there different religions if they all believe in the bible?

I mean, why does a baptist have to be a baptist and a methodist have to be a methodist? Why don't we all just listen to the bible as God commanded us and follow God not our religions? Shouldn't all believers of God be thinking the same if we truly believe in God? The bible should be the only thing we follow because that is what God left for us. What is the difference between a baptist and a methodist or any other christian religions?

  • My baby's poop!!! (explicit content)?

Is very weird. This is my first child and I don't know if i'm freaking out or if I should be worried. My baby is 13 months tomorrow. He poops about 10 times a day. No, actually about 4 at the most. It's so weird though. It's like flaky sometimes and it sticks to his legs and stuff. Other times it's just runny. So, it's either runny or flaky. Is this normal? If not, what do I do to make it normal. I give him juice to drink. What else should I give him if not juice. Please help. Sorry about all of the inappropriate words.

  • True believers only please?

Does anybody listen to herold camping? I know he is not liked by most because he gives proof of the end times and talks about the end of the church age but does anybody else agree with him? I read the bible and made sure all he said was true and it was. I'm just curious if anybody else has or even cares about the end.

  • If we evolved from millions of years ago..?

Why is it that we have only advanced in the past like 100 years? Why did it take so long for us to get where we are today? Our population have grown so fast in the past like 50 years what took so long? If you say its because of science and the industrial revolution and all of that, what took so long for that to happen?

  • Do you believe everything you see?

I was just thinking and I came up with this question. People who don't believe in God don't believe in him because they can't see him. We are all made to believe only what we see. "I'll believe it when I see it." Is a very popular phrase we use a lot. (I believe it is Satan's plan to decieve us all like it says in the bible.) People will believe that something just appeared out of nowhere and that is how we were created because "smart" people on earth had a theory and they showed visual proof (bones, which still doesn't mean that we evolved necessarily), to back up their theory. Just think about it, something coming from nothing really doesn't make sense but we believe it because we can see it. Does it make sense to believe something that doesn't make sense just because we can see it? Or would it make sense to believe that we were created? God left us the bible to give us the answers and we still don't believe it. We have yet been able to create something out of nothing since the beginning. (we can't create a sperm or an egg. we have to clone or use something already available.) So wouldn't it just make sense that we do have a creator? Just because we can't see God himself does not mean he isn't here. So, believe something that doesn't make sense (something coming from nothing) because we can't see it. Or believe something that does make sense (something coming from a creator) even though we can't see him but he did leave us something to show us he is real. I just want some opinions. I really would like if people wouldn't be rude or anything. It's pretty bad you have to ask that question or else you get harrassed by people. God Bless!! :)

  • Evolutionists: Can you give me 100% proof that we evolved?

Believing in God is something you do out of faith. I used to be an atheist. God changed my heart. There is no way to prove God is real. There is no way to prove evolution is real. Scientist can have theories of things. They can have evidence of fossils but are they what they say they are? I will never trust a human to tell me something is 100% accurate. There is no way of knowing. There is no way of knowing that we evolved. Did you know there are dinosaurs in the bible? A lot of people don't. It kills me that we are all being taught theories and believing it without actually knowing it is true. I felt God, I see him everywhere. Not actually God but his works. I know he is real. I also know that science has many flaws. We just don't want to have to answer to anything. Believing in God means that we let something else take over our lives and that is just ridiculous to us. That is why we created science. I finally gave my life to Christ and I see that it works 100 times better than me ever trying to do things myself. You just have to actually live it to understand and believe it. That is why God gave us free will. So that we have the choice to believe or not to believe. Also, if you could please respond without being rude and angry that would be awesome. Keep the peace. We know this world is full of question.

  • How is it the world has laws if it came from an accident?

We are taught in school that the big bang theory is how we got here. How is it that something accidentally smashed together and created this earth with laws. There are laws to everything in nature and in science. There is no way that something could accidentally happen and be so perfect. How is it that the earth was placed perfectly away from the sun and the moon. If the earth moves less than an inch off its path it would either freeze or fry. There is no way possible you can have an explosion and something just accidentally perfectly is placed. Test the theory on earth. You reap what you sow. If you plant an apple seed you get an apple tree. It isn't accident. So please explain to me how an accident created perfection.
