My car was totaled in a wreck which was not my fault. Towing company came and towed it to there lot. Other person's insurance is taking care of it. Adjuster looked at my car, determined it was totaled and offered me the apprised value. The Adjuster then went on vacation and I can't contact him for another week.

I haven't signed any thing yet or handed over the title. My question is: Can the insurance company tow my car off the lot without my approval or giving permission? Thanks!!

I was driving straight on a street and a person who was at a stop sign perpendicular to the road I was on pulled out and hit me. It made my car do a 180 degree and messed my the rear end of my car. Shocks and drive axle are all broken.

Police offers sighted the other person with failure to yield ticket and I got a no insurance ticket. The other person does have insurance. Wrecker company towed my car but the other person's was fine.

Will the other person's insurance company pay to fix my car? How does this all work? How long does it take? Sorry first car wreck, need advise! =)

I work for a fence company and we had spent several weeks building a fence at this ladies house. The owner has a daughter who's starting college in the spring and I kinda really like her. Me and the daughter were suppose to build a shed together but the mother decided she couldn't afford it. So now we've left the job site and I don't know what to do. I would like to get to know the girl better before I ask her out. She rides horses and I thought I might ask her if she gives riding lessons and if so how much would she charge me. That way we could get to know each other better and spend some hang time together. I don't have her number but I thought about sending her a message over facebook. Would she take that as stalking? What should I do???

I want to know if a Police officer in the state of Alabama can run someone's criminal background history without consulting them or with out reason to pull up someone's history. Like if you get pulled over then they run your background to check for any active warrants, etc. then I understand thats ok. But can a police officer legally run "joe smiths" background down the street who isn't breaking any laws. thank! =)

We do not have the Phillips 66 sign itself just the metal frame that the sign goes in. I want to know how much the metal frame is worth. it is fairly rusted and it is the Big frame that is at least 5 foot by 5 foot.
