Is there a version of the song Anything Like Me by Brad Paisley that doesn't have the kid at the end saying "me"?

I understand why he put the kid in there. To be cute. It was his son. 

But it ruins the entire song in my opinion. Go listen to it. It drives me nuts. I can't find it on spotify or mp3 without the kid at the end. 

Will you dance or just breathe a sigh of relief?

I like the song Last Dollar by Tim McGraw but the sound of the kids singing at the end drives me insane. 

Is there a version of this song without the kids at the end? I understand some think it's cute. But i want a good song not a cute one

My friend and I are having a discussion.

She thinks most guns should be banned that aren't needed. Like Assault rifles, handguns, guns that hold more than 5 bullets. She thinks hunting is ok.

I think ALL civilian ownership of guns needs to be outright banned. No grandfathering. Ban them all.

I have a question about wiring.

I did an entire rewire on a bedroom light circuit.

The old way they had it was running 14-2 wire to the switch box and all being spliced up in the attic with no protection except electrical tape.

The new way I wanted to do was go from panel, to switch box, wire nut outgoing constant power and use the switch for switched power. But the physical layout of my house stopped me from doing that unless I wanted to tear down plaster.

What I did instead was use 2 junction boxes, grounded of course, for two switches and have the switch legs with 14-3 wire. red and black for the switch and a neutral with a wire nut on there. I believe that's code now?

Is that acceptable to use junction boxes? Is it code?

two of them are near water sources. I know code requires them to have GFCI receptacles. Can they be wired in such a way that if tripped they don't cut power to everything down the line?

Are there any legal ramifications if I just open up a courthouse in my small city? Name myself judge and then get a cop buddy of mine to list that address for 1 or 2 traffic violations?

It's time to actually take a step in the right direction. We need to ban ALL guns. Not just assault rifles or guns that hold clips with more than 5 bullets. 

There is absolutely no legitimate reason to own a gun in a modern society. 

Let's debunk some common reasons. 

Sport: There is nothing fun about holding a LOADED weapon that could literally explode if handled the wrong way. 

Self Defense: You don't have right to be a judge jury and executioner for some poor soul. If you feel threatened, call the police and wait. Lock yourself in the bathroom door or leave your house until the police arrive. 

Hunting: No. We have stores that not have anything you would ever need. Also eating meat needs to be slowly banned as well. We are killing the planet. We need to make people be healthier

It's a family heirloom: That's a horrible reason. If it means that much to your racist face then get it permanently disabled. 

To sToP tHe GuBeRmInT!: Right. The U.S. are has millions more guns than you will ever have. You aren;'t gonna scare them. 

We seriously need a door to door confiscation of all guns! Everything from assault rifles to little shotguns.

I've  been debating this for some time. I see people at walmart buying things like hand saws, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc. 

I'm kind of against the whole "fix it yourself" type of outlook (Why not just take it to a professional or hire someone who's trained?)

but anyway. I think a reasonable fix to this would be to require just a basic license to buy most hand tools. Let's face it, a lot of people get hurt because they don't know what they're doing. Just a basic license to make sure you're 21 or older and a test to make sure you know how to use them and then a yearly re-certification. This is pretty common sense to me. 

I saw a guy fixing his front door the other day down the street and it made me sick to my stomach. I HATE how modern men push their toxic masculinity on others without even realizing they're doing it. 

Thoughts? Would this better as a federal or state law?

Ok so this is a long shot. I'll describe what I can.

I watched it when I was a kid with my grandparents (they didn't have the best judgement i guess)

So since I was a kid, it definitely came out before 2001 I'm assuming 90s and no earlier.

The plot is about this young man who I think kills people. He is an evil man either way.

The only thing i vividly remember is he wanted an old lady dead, but instead if killing her, he makes her think he's beating her dog to death in a pillowcase with a baseball bat. In reality the pillowcase was filled with meat, maybe hotdogs, to make it look like the dog was being killed.

The dog was in another room eating hot dogs, i think.

The old woman fell over from what I assume was shock and died.

I seem to think this was a lifetime movie or on a similar network.

I think its toward the end of the episode. Cliff gave Clair a wrapped present and he explained it was something from when they were dating. But Clair said that a different girl wanted that item and she opened it out if anger and then it turns out he got the right one. A nice romantic surprise.

I am replacing a small piece of drywall in my house with traditional wood lath and plaster.

Most of my house is done in plaster so I would rather keep the historic integrity of it by keeping it all wood lath and plaster.

I have the wood lath up, but I can't get a clear answer on what kind of plaster to buy for the usual 3 coat plaster wall. (scratch coat, brown coat and lime coat)

I was at a bar last weekend and these two men who were arguing ending up betting $1,000 dollars in a game of pool.

So that caught my attention and the attention of everyone around.

Well after they both got back from the bank ATM, they played and the guy won and the loser paid..

and the winner literally took a shot of vodka, poured it on the $1,000 cash that was just given to him and set it on fire in front of everyone, specifically him.

Obviously he was kicked out and the police were called..

I just saw the movie Jurassic World. I know a little about cars but I got in a debate with some friends.

In the scene where 2 kids fix a 1992 Jeep Wrangler that had be sitting for 20+ years.

My friends this this is in the scope of reality. It was covered sure, but what all happens to a vehicle that has been sitting for over 20 years without being started once.

The kids in the movie seem to fix it up in a couple hours. What problems would a vehicle have that's been sitting for years and years?

During the movie you see one of the characters to hide money in his pants. He does this so the money won't show up in the scanner for luggage and be confiscated.

Why would $250,000 in cash be confiscated? I thought the limit was only if you're flying out of the country.
