I'm 13 weeks and my HCG level is 57,398..is this ok and normal?? Please help!!

I've noticed since last week that my face has been getting hot during the day...at first i thought it was a fever, but it started happening every day in the afternoon...i've been paying attention and i've noticed it happens after I eat..it only feels hot to me, and it doesn't look hot. I'm only 25 so I don't know what this could be.

My bf has an ex gf who is now a very good friend...they have known eachother for about 10 years, dated for 5 in high school ( we are now 25& 27) She is still very good friends with his family and goes there for dinner and talks to them- the only reason he doesn't talk to her is because it bothers me. They all know in his family that they are just friends, but the idea of it bothers me. I am close with his family as well, so I feel like it's my spot to be there not her. She has invited me to dinner with them which just seems weird because he is her ex. Is it ok to be upset? Or should I just be more understanding and let things be and be ok with that fact that she still holds a good relationship with his family? Me and him live together and I know he loves me.

I have a small tattoo on my finger that I'm desperately wanting to get rid of. I don't have the money to get it lasered or to buy those things offline (don't know if they work) does anyone have any home remedies to help me get rid of it?

I always have this notion that I can't breathe and then I hyperventilate and really can't breathe. I can't travel far and I know where every hospital is no matter where I am and I always make sure I'm near one. Can someone give me some tips on getting rid of this so I can live my life?
