I am looking for an Excel form created using macros. A form that has four to five fields and a submit button. Whatever information is entered in those fields and submitted should be collected in another excel sheet.

if anyone knows a place on the internet where i can find such a form ready made, please let me know.

The reasons for loving one's country may vary for each one. It is universally known and accepted that the first thing a guy would notice in a girl is her breasts. Invariably and naturally the eyes of a guy fall upon a girl's breasts. Likewise, girls, I want to know what is the first thing of a guy which the girls like to notice.

You might be having your personal preferences of looking at guys, but I want to know the general ones. Is there one thing that girls notice and is UNIVERSALLY AGREED ON (meaning, which every girl does), like the breast thing in guys??

I have often seen people say this person is lucky and that person is unlucky. For e.g. if I win they will say I am lucky and if I lose they will say I am unlucky, thereby attributing all to the luck as if I myself have done nothing. Everything happens as "written" somewhere... destiny they call it. The most perplexing situation is that when they ask: Do you believe in luck? Hell! How to answer this question? It is not as simple as "Do you believe in God?"

What I want to know is, when you would ask someone "Do you believe in luck?" what would you mean by "luck"? Please explain your views deeply.

I want to to know what this law of nature is called as per which Nature maintains the population of organisms on the earth. No species of organism will grow so much in numbers that it destroys the other species while no species will fall so much in numbers that other species will destroy it... That's how even though all organisms on the planet depend on each other in food-chain but still the world would continue to be..
