Its about a boy that steals a dragon and they think it cant roar. I know the dragons were used for fighting and if they could not roar that made it harder on them. Any Ideas?

I have two dogs and over the last few months he has biten or tried to bite 3 times. He had never done this before and he is fixed. He bite my partner and then my best friend. Last night he tried to bite my female dog. He was going it while we were trying to let them out. We take them out on a lead so it is one at a time. It was almost like he did not want her to go first. But with my friend she was walking away and he snaped her heel. Why would he be doing this and how can I stop it?
