Looking for a cartoon that is like ERAGON but different?

Its about a boy that steals a dragon and they think it cant roar. I know the dragons were used for fighting and if they could not roar that made it harder on them. Any Ideas?

    There's a book that sounds like that called...either Dragon's Heart or Dragon's Blood. (one's the sequel) Maybe it was made into a cartoon later.
