Windows XP??
My friend is running XP on her PC, when she starts up she gets half the normal desktop screen and the bottom half is green like the start button in the left hand bottom corner. she can still use the start button but it is not visible, the green screen can be reduced by goning into the properties of the start button and locked yet on start up it is back again and no visible start button either after reduction. please help!!!
