It doesn't matter what time of the day or afternoon, When I'm all done I seam to get a runny nose.

It usually stays like for 2-3 days. I constantly have to blow my nose.

I just don't understand why??????

I explained to her that because she backed out on the house,i was keeping her money,well now shes harassing me calling me everyday! she says shes gonna sue me for the money.I still haven't rented the house just yesterday I received her fax stating that she don't want to rent it.After she verbally told me I didn't want to put up the sign because,I have her holding deposit.Well I called the dept. of Consumer affair. they said to send her a letter of explanation of the deduction of the deposit. well my ? is now how do i start this letter? and what do i write? I've never done a letter like this. any suggestions on what to search on line? or any website on wear i can down load a form?or can someone give me an idea on how to write it.

3days ago I rented one of my homes,to a lady and her daughter,I asked for $600.00 to hold the property and take down the (FOR RENT)

while I verify her credit..Well she insisted on me taking the Deposit which was $700.00..because she was really interested in the house,and she wanted to make sure I wouldn't rented to someone els.

Well now she calls me and says that she changed her mind, she no longer wants the house,after the house has been with out the FOR RENT SIGN for 3days!!! what do to do i give her the whole$700.00 dollars back or take out the daily rate for the days I took the sign down? However she also sighed a (Hold property receipt) that clearly states that the money would stay in hold for 5days and if she changes her mind between those days the deposit would not be refundable, because the house was out of the market for prosper renters.by the way Im in California,help me please!!!

Ok...just like a few years ago I got me a tattoo..a quarter size smiley face,on my foot.and I didn't know how to tell my husband,well i'm here again with almost the same problem.However this time it's a much bigger tattoo the size of a (chips Ahoy) chocolate chip cookie. about 3 years ago I let a family member take over payments of a car that I couldn't afford.They of course didn't pay for it,and ended up getting Reposes.Owing a big sum of $17 thousand! Now I get this phone calls from an attorney harassing me that if I don't pay they are going to levy my checking account and my payroll,and that shes been monitoring my credit report.I get no mail from them only calls.She gave me some options to pay which were

1. make payments of $250.00 a month until paid off

2. pay the total amount in 3 months no discounts at all

3.pay a one payment of 11 thousand,by next week!!!

like yea I have that amount in my pocket!!

I'm a preschool teacher we don't get paid enough money for me to have that amount,like next week
