Ok we need bees to transfer pollen and there are a multitude of different bees. I know some wasps and mosquitoes do the same thing. What would happen if wasps, mosquitoes, roaches, waterbugs, ants would one day totally disappear? How does this affect our ecostructure?

I was just curious. I know there isnt much information on Mithras except that that was incorporated into Christianity. Tommorrow I want to celebrate "Mithras day". What form of offering was offered to Mithras?

I love my recliner. I can sit on it and melt away. I tried to take care of the leather but I guess i didnt do enough. The leather is tearing appart. Using Nu-Vinyl repair isnt an option. I'd ilke to reupholster it with some kind of fabric but most books on the subject are vague or expect you to have some knowledge on these things. Does anyone have any info on an illustrated step by step instructional of reupholstering a recliner?

I was eating like a pig before december 2005 except for sweets. December I went for a major hernia repair and the doctors decided to take me off diabetic pills and put me on insulin. While in the hospital bed for that month my waist size went from a size 38 to size 45. I've been through a few types of insulin and they all make me gain weight. I've been eating leaner and healthier since I got out of the hospital. They wont put me back on the pills due to that Ive been on them for too long and they can cause liver damage. Now im a 48 waist and weighing in at 273 which is very bad. Ive been exercising using stairmaster and walking and i barely lose half a pound. Ive been researching something called Extendin-4 which comes from the venom of a Gila Monster lizard. I was wondering if anyone's had any luck with it. Its supposed to regulate your blood sugar without or with little insulin.

What i meant is is the magnalite aluminum pots (for roasting turkeys per se) okay to use? I keep hearing that the aluminum is okay but my family says it isnt. Does it cause alzheimers?

There was this acquaintence I knew in NY who was 24 when her bf was 16. She used to do everything for him including get him alcohol and give him money and have sex with him. He's 23 now and she's 31 now and they're still happily together. If the public found out about this including the cops can she still be arrested or get into some form of trouble even if he admitted to it?

I have these old hardcover books circa 1936 through 1956 some are in decent condition some are falling appart. I need to glue the binder with acid free glue since its falling off. However over the years the pages have turned yellow. How do i preserve a book or what can I store it in when not in use? Is there some form of acid free box that I can put it in? Is there anything to reverse the yellowing? Is there anything to avoid allowing the pages from yellowing and drying out even more?

I really hate cooking..i mean really hate not only preparing the food but having to stand there and cook it. Last thing I want to do after work is have to do more work. I live alone and I found out that I dont mind preparing some ingredients and then tossing them into my large crock pot in the morning and have dinner waiting for me when I get home. :) I've been making some chicken soup and tonight i made some kind of chicken with rice stew.

So if anyone can provide some chicken and maybe beef or lamb recipes would be appreciated.

Btw what do you use to keep food from sticking to the walls of the crock pot?

Also I'm diabetic so the recipes need to be free of the following:

Sugar, honey, molasses, syrups, brown sugar and anything thats like sugar related. I can use substitues but I will need to know how much Splenda or Stevia to use.

I'm in the USA(arizona) so can only shop for items in this country.

Ok ive tried bleach, ammonia, comet cleanser, those bleach tablets, blue formulas, Spray toilet bowl cleaners, CLR, lime remover, boric acid, I even tried that new product thats supposed to really work well(dont remember what its called tho- not that shower maid thing though), I even tried Vinegar and it doesnt come off. I'm like this close to using a pumice stone(a friend used that before he moved out of his apt and out of state lol!) but that will scratch and make things worse the next time around.

Please give me some serious help here. sulfuric acid comes to mind but im scared of that!

I bought all these awesome lenses for my old canon ae-1 and now need a converter. What new digital camera body works with the old lenses? Theyre in excellent shape. I keep hearing mixed reviews about converters that either they do exist or they dont or if they do exist you loose quality. Where can I get a converter and what digital body is compatible with FD lenses?

This is a serious question and no one's been able to give me an honest and direct answer.

Okay forget the diseases issues. I've read all about that. I separated my two different desert tortoises for 9 months and now they've been together for over 6 years and theyre both healthier and stronger than they ever were before and if there was some danger of intermixing disease it would have slowly showed up by now somehow.

Is there anything in history that shows they can interbreed? I'm assuming they're not of age yet and need to get about 8-16 years old in order to mate and lay eggs.

Can any two different species of tortoises interbreed at all?

The gem and mineral show in Tucson arizona is from Jan 27th through Feb 11th. Sellers come from all over the country and from all over the world to sell their minerals, jewelry and other items to merchants and to the public.
