Well I am still only in my 20s and not even close to 30 by 5 years. But are these signs that I am aging?

- I can say I have never had a headache in my whole life until this year. And right now, I have one that's killing me.

- I sometimes have heartburn (more regularly than I ever did)

- I am feeling tired pretty easily

- I found my first grey hair (just one that cut off).
