with a good atmosphere, not too pricey, and maybe someplace with some kind of cool music goin on? not cover bands or anything, more like alternative stuff...but is there a cool lounge type place or Anything pretty artistic in the area?

what happens? do i get sued? the reason i ask is because this fella/feller is much cheaper than the other guys who carry insurance, and frankly, we are quite broke and our homeowners insurance isnt paying for the tree to get cut down. they sent us a letter that if we dont cut it down we are liable...but we cant afford to be choosy...any advice?

i am mentally ill. my psychiatrist told me that my particular paranoia was a symptom of my MDD. however, i also have PTSD, OCD and panic w/agoraphobia. my paranoia has abated almost entirely from the time i was first diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder (an incorrect diagnosis) about eight years ago. (i did not actually believe my paranoid fears).

i still had some paranoia with a regimen of 200mg clomipramine, 1mg ativan 4x day, and 20mg lexapro. i was put on geodon 60mg. my paranoia completely went away.

tonite i have not taken my lorazepam. i notice i am once again paranoid like i used to be (but not believing my fears). but i do not fear all of the things i used to (cameras in the house, bugs in the phone, etc). my fears are of being shot, spied upon and being attacked.

my early childhood trauma included being physically abused...so is my paranoia from my PTSD and being treated with lorazepam? but since my depression abated so has most of my paranoia. so is it largely the clomipramine? my heart rate was up so i made sure to take my beta blocker.

i just want to know what its from...and what is likely treating it.

when we first talked on the phone about the settlement, they told me the amount (around 7000) and then told me i would be paying it off in increments of 1100 the last day of each month. but when i received the detailed settlement letter, they lumped two months together for a total of about 3000 in the last month...which the representative working on my case conveniently left out of her speal. no way can i afford 3000 a month...ive been telling them this for months.

so at the end of may i payed them half of it, and spoke on the phone with a rep who said i could pay the other half at the end of the month. then today i get a call saying they need the payment by tomorrow! her excuse was that there was a federal law requiring them to collect any settlements in 93 days. i was so flustered and pissed i didnt ask 93 days from what? because the whole settlement period has been 120 days...so WTH?

i tried to press her on the 93 day thing, sensing the BS...i am well aware by now that when you settle, they use calculators and confusion (reminds me of buying stuff in India) and even miscalculate the amounts you owe and try to make you pay more payments of the settled monthly amount than you should. my friend overheard the conversation and said they were bullying me.

the rep, rachel, threatened to cancel the settlement. she said they would have to start it all over with the original 37,000 debt and do another settlement, if i dont pay them 1500 by tomorrow. i told her what i told the other guy...i cant get it until the 1st of july.

i told her a tree is about to fall on my house (carpenter ants) and i could sell the tree maybe to someone for a couple hundred bucks...but thats the best i could do.

is this a scare tactic or are debt card companies known for totally scrapping settlements like that. cuz if they are we are definitely in bankruptcy. they milked the cow dry.

im going out tonite, with my husband and two of his friends, and although i showered and brushed my hair, and have some new jeans and a nice top, i dont want to wear these earrings that look really pretty. im not a pretty girl, im overweight, and i think the earrings look "too showy." so why dont i want to look good? or, not even good, but just decent? is it because i think dressing up is stupid or because i look stupid dressed up...its embarassing!

i begged god for two years to show me himself and he did, and he was the God of the bible. so i dont call my knowledge of god Faith...i call it knowlege, because i know for a fact thru personal experience that he is here as i write this sentence. so...do i lack faith? at what point does faith become knowlege, vice versa.

i need an experienced christian to help me with this...can he influence dreams, invade dreams, read thoughts, hear everything said, read facial expressions, etc? how far can he go? because when i am dreaming of a demon i tell it to leave in the name of jesus christ and they always disappear. was he in my dreams?

why is heaven assumed to be "up" when jesus clearly states that the kingdom of heaven is inside you?

ive heard alot of things...he talks to some ppl, words "pop out" in the bible, strange coincidences happen...any help would be great...ive just experienced some amazing things god has done in my life and was just wondering about other ppl. thanks!
