I submitted my application for Citizenship by Canada Post registered mail. But unfortunately I can not find any delivery information on Canada Post website when I checked my registered mail by the Tracking number. I contacted with Canada Post, they said either the registered mail was lost or they just forgot to update the information on their website after they did some investigation. And I talked with CIC agent by phone and they said normally it would take 6 months to open the case after they received the application form.

Have you had similar situation like me? How did you handle it and what is the result you got?

Is it better to submit an application immidiately again or to wait for 6 months to get the result?

Hello, Just now I asked this question and get some good answer. Thank you. But my problem is if I set up like .### in custom, the decimal is fixed. If I want to show .878, .5, .988876 in the cell, how can I make it? I do not want the leading zero and also the following no meaning zero too. (like .5 instead of .500)

For example: In cell A1 the content is 100. In cell B1, I enter “=$A$1” then the cell B1 get the content in A1. Besides I want to record the address of A1 which the content of B1 comes from in B2 like in B2 it shows “A1”. Now the problem is if I insert a column before column A then the previous A1 become B1, previous B1 become C1, B2 become C2. Excel automatically change the content in C1 (previous B1) which is previously was “=$A$1” to “=$B$1”. But I want the content in C2 (previous B2) can also be automatically change to “B1”.
