Hi, I'm a female student in my final year and I really need a car for getting around placements. I have a budget of £3000 and I was wondering what cars people would recommend with my budget. I was thinking of the old Ford KAs but I was advised against them as they are apparently quite dated now?? So I was thinking of Citroen C1 or Toyota Aygo or Peugeot 107? I know they are all the same car but anybody have any thoughts on their reliability?

So in summary:

Budget - £3000-£4000

Car type - Small

Cheap to road tax

Cheap to insure

Cheap running costs

Reliable

I have a Polaroid 600 Instant Camera but I have no film for it. I've just been looking on the internet for some but I've found out that the company has decided to discontinue the film for this camera. Help!! Can I use alternative film from a different instant camera model like Fujifilm? Or is that really stupid of me? If not, where can I find film for my little camera? As I'm trying to make a scrap book for a dear friend of mine and think polaroid photos will be lovely :)

I have just burned a hole on my brown carpet with a hot saucepan, how do I fix it (quickly and cheaply) before my landlord finds it? The carpet is on a flight of stairs, on the step second to the last step. Any help would be much much appreciated for my stupido error :)

My friends and I are heading down to Edinburgh this friday and would love to know what club nights are on? And possibly the best/recommended club nights? And good bars? Some of my friends are into R'n'B and some of us quite like the indie, electro stuff. We're students so a club where people are likewise would be good. Cheap drinks would be awesome but we're pretty much after a place with an ace vibe. Any help on this would be class x

I'm getting some comedy tickets for my best friend's birthday and wanted some advice as to which are the best seats?? At the balcony or in the stalls? I've never been to a comedy gig before so can't comment.

I understand that seats in stalls at the back will mean that she will not get a good view.

Hi, I've just signed up to go on a snowboarding holiday with some friends but it's my first time on the white stuff!! So I don't know what I'm going to need??? I'm only going for a week and I've hired all the equipment but should I buy a ski jacket and goggles etc?? Any recommendations for where I should buy ski jackets or trousers? Also trainers will be fine, right? Thanks!

Ok, there's a xmas party next week and the theme is hollywood...I'm oriental and so won't really pull off as marilyn monroe!! Although it wud be a laugh!! So looking for other ideas for a hollywood party??? Unfortunately im not a boy so can't just don a suit and go as Bond....Any help would be greatly appreciated!! :)!!

Well, i have a ball tomorrow and i'm going to wear a black and white stripy dress. Its not exactly a ball dress but i'm hoping to dress it up.. The stripes are neither horizontal or vertical but kinda diagonal...And im unsure what kind of make up and accessories i could wear to complement the dress?? Like what colour nail varnish? Black accessories? or contrast it with coloured accessories? silver? Should my make up be simple with black eyeliner and red lipstick? Also what type of shoes? i have strappy black heels, red court heels and black round toe suede heels!

Hi, it's freshers week at university next week and one of the party night's theme is beachwear... what could i wear to the party? i dont particularly want to just wear a bikini cos its quite chilly up in northern england?? Plus i dont want to flash toooo much flesh!

I have my prom/ leaver's do tomorrow and i have a simple strappy red dress. I'm wearing with black round toe shoes but i dunno what to do with accessories? I have a pearl necklace which looks nice with it but at the moment my hands are jewellery free.... what would go with pearl necklace? or what other accessories would you suggest with a red dress? Also hair up or hair down?

I've just spilt some body moisturiser onto my dress and it's kinda soaked through! I'm wearing it tomorrow night! How can i get rid of it? I've tried water but it's not worked and i don't want to put in the washing machine in case in completely creases the dress. Would taking it to the dry cleaners work?

I have a gorgeous chiffon silk dress for my prom but it's ivory and quite a clinging dress and any underwear i try on can be seen. I've tried all natural colours and all kinds of white but u can see visible knicker lines and basically the underwear itself!! So what other lingerie can i try? Would a basque work?

I have straight black hair and thinking of adding colour to my hair. Does this mean i have to bleach my hair before adding colour? Are there any colours that i can dye into my hair without using bleach? i was thinking purple maybe pink?
