Yesterday I started Cross Country and we ran a mile, even though I think it was a little more. This morning I woke up feeling completely sore in my legs. Should I continue today or take a day off to rest my muscles? Any suggestions? Thanks.

I've been friends with her for four, almost five years now. We are very close with each other & we tell each other everything. But one day she just texted me "i can't explain anything to you but I just need time alone and that's all I have to say." Then she blocked me on Facebook. Now she's always staring at me during school. And then one day she just decides to casually talk to me in texting & I later asked her 'why are you ignoring me and why did you block me?' and she had no response. Then someone else just told me a lot about her that she's done and now she has a boyfriend which who I warned her about. So what should I do about her? She's my best friend but it really doesn't seem like it anymore ..

Well I'm 13 and in 8th grade. I got my period over a year ago. My period usually lasts a week but it is EXTREMELY heavy! I have to change my tampons and pads at least every hour and a half. At school, there are very strict so they only let you go to the washroom once a day. No excuses. My teacher is nice enough to let me go at least one more time but that isn't enough. I use overnight pads and super plus tampons but it still leaks out. Today, it stated going through my pants but luckily it was only 15 until dismissal, so I wrapped my sweater against my waist. I told my mom but she said that it's just normal. Is this because I'm still young and it still needs to regulate or should I go see a doctor about this? It's really annoying me and it can get embarrassing. Any tips? Also, this happens about every other month when the flow is just too much, but besides that it's normal.

Is it just because of Nicki Minaj? Its getting pretty annoying.

Okay, so I have a crush on this guy (let's call him Bob) and he is my best guy friend. There is also my BEST friend (let's call her April) I told April that I like Bob and she tried to set us up. But she got afraid that Bob might get mad at her for doing this. But about a month or two later, Bob goes up to me and tells me to set him up with April. Mindlessly thinking, I set them up. Then April told me that she feels like a bad friend if she goes out with Bob. Currently, she hasn't told him her response. I'm actually jealous but I can't really do anything because she's my best friend.

So are there any tips or suggestions?

Okay, so i have 2 dogs now. (Casey & Troy) Casey has been part of my family for 10 years (she is ten) and is still living.<- German Shepherd mix. Troy is a rescue i got yesterday and he is a Labrador and two years old. Casey snaps at Troy when he just tries to sniff her bum but Troy does nothing in return. Casey does not seem happy because Troy only tries to come to me when Casey tries. Also, Troy hits Casey in her eyes with his tail and she seems quite pissed off right now. Can someone please tell me what to do?? I don't want to get rid of Troy or Casey. HELP?!

Last time, i got two large smoothies. One wild berry and one strawberry banana for me and my little cousin. They costed about seven dollars or more. When i received the smoothies, they were not even filled to the cup size. A quarter or the smoothie was missing. I asked the cashier "Can you please fill this up to the top?" Then she responded, "I'll get the manager." The manager told me that, that was as far as it's filled. I just got pissed off and asked for a refund. Then i went to a chinese restaurant across the street to get two large smoothies (they were MUCH bigger than mcdonalds') for just four dollars combined. So i'm wondering, why are McDonald's new Fruit Smoothies so expensive?
