  • Is this person a pedofile?

there is a man that lives near my street that I have seen talking with young boys and maybe a few young girls. I have also seen him driving around an ATV or something similar with random kids in it.

Whenever I see him alone on his bike riding around. he seems like he is searching for someone and or looks suspicious.

I know that he isnt married, etc. He lives alone.

Im scared that he might approach my brother. My brother has also told me that the man has followed his friends when they were playing outside.

Should I report the guy to police?

I feel like no one else has noticed this but me.
