Just wondering if this is possible or if it is even a good idea. Since I was a little kid, I loved building things like legos, robots etc. I would dismantle my toys just so that I could put them back together. Most of the time I wouldn't be able to put them back. I also have a passion for music. I started in high school and ever since then I have loved it and continued studying music.

I am 22 and too far into music to drastically change my major. I should already be near getting my bachelor's degree at this age. Changing my major could possibly put me back significantly. I feel that I need to start studying at a university. I am nearing the age of becoming a complete adult with adult responsibilities and I don't have a degree yet. This is why I am pressured to start at a university already and get my degree.

That is where my question stems from.

We ate at a buffet. There were 17 people in our party so the bill came out to $492 with some cents. We split the bill into two. The bills were paid with two ATM cards. When the waitress came back, she said that one card was rejected but she did not tell us that she put the balance on the other card. We went to the ATM to withdraw money to pay the remaining balance (we thought there was a remaining balance). Little did we know that the bill had already been paid. We went up to the front desk and paid $492 dollars. She took the money and didn't tell us that the bill had already been paid. In other words, we were ripped-off. Unfortunately, there was so much stuff going on at the time that I forgot to ask for a receipt.

What can we do to get our money back if we don't have a receipt?

I want a noun or adjective for someone that is doing something wrong, that might be hurting another person or thing, either physically or mentally, but continues doing it, because they get a "kick" out of it.

Example: Person A is feeling upset about what Person B said, but person B continues doing it while getting a laugh out of it.

Theoretically speaking: If my car was overheating and I were to remove the heater valve, will this resolve overheating?

If not, what would be some motives for running a car with the heater valve removed?

Why does Quicktime load .wmv videos that I have downloaded and saved to my harddrive (as shown in the picture)?

I have .wmv videos both on my Macbook and an external drive. For some reason, whenever I play one of these wmv videos, I have to wait for the video to stream, which doesn't make sense because the video is already save on a disc, which is supposed to be ready to play.

Why does this happen?

What can I do to fix this?

I like Motorola because their phones are "hip" with many "hip" features like HiFi (i think thats the name) ringtones etc. And with the experience I've had with them, they are very sturdy and reliable.

I was at a stop light so I only had a limited amount of time to decide when two attractive females flagged me down.

When she got next to the passenger side window (where my friend was sitting), she smelled like cigarette smoke (according to my friend she smelled like weed).

She said she wanted a ride "Give me a ride to the [X] freeway" [X] being right around the corner (or basically across the street).

She then added, "I'll give you gas money"

She was talking weird, slurring her words and what not (I think she was drunk or high). She also, definitely, was talking in a seductive way (like a stripper).

I was taking a long time to decide (one green light had already passed and it was the second red light) When a cop made a left into the street that I was on (did I mention they were at a bus stop?)

Her friend (who was not looking through the passenger window) told alerted her friend that the cops just passed by. They then instantly stopped talking to us and walked away really quickly. (resulting in no ride)

I couldn't help but to pick up a vibe that they wanted something more than a ride...

What should I have done?

What could have happened if I did pick them up?

Did I do the right thing by stalling and waiting until something happened that resulted in me not giving them a ride?

I need feedback on what I did or should have done, please.
