I applied for this job as a secretary at an insurance agency and they gave me a homework assignment as part of the interviewing process. One of the questions is "If you have 3 agents in the office who are at a critical time in their careers and they all need help with projects that need to be done by 5 pm and it is 4:30 pm, how do you handle it? I am stumped..The only thing I can think of to do is to make individual appointments with them on another day....but thats not the question...they want you to have the projects done by 5 pm that same day. about a credit card that went to collections. What can they do to me if I don't pay it? Can I go to jail or be taken to court over it? I have made payment arrangements with them over the phone to pay $100 a month and I've made 5 payments and I told them I would pay it off when I got my taxes but I am not getting much back. There has to be a God right? Think of the way your body just knew what to do doing pregnancy, all the pieces of the puzzle (your baby) fit together right in place. The way she looks like two people combined, but yet she is her own person, a whole new being...Wow what a rush huh? What do you other moms think in all aspects? Do you think God? Do you think its just nothing? Do you really think we are here for no reason? Give me your thoughts.

My baby is two months now and at Grandmas she sleeps in a crib. After staying two nights at Gmas and coming home, we thought maybe we'd try putting her in her own crib in her own room. Well it sounded good until we laid down and got freaked out with her not being so close (like the bassinette in our room). Would it be confusing to her if we just went back to the bassinette in our room until we feel more comfortable? Oh and she is not sleeping through the night. She has done it twice but only in her car seat. One night she slept ten hours straight in her car seat (bad night and I wasn't moving her). What should I do? She doesn't really sleep well in her bassinette, just the car seat she will sleep all night and only SOMETIMES! Help.
