My best friend has been dying to get pregnant with baby #2. She had sex Saturday morning and the following morning Sun, she got her period. Could she still get pregnant? I told her no...am I wrong or right? 

Some insight and tools/maybe an app that can help me with self rewarding. I dont know how to explain right but i will try. Basically i always have the want/need to a reward, like i need and want something to look forward too. I have no idea how i became this person who anticipates some kind of reward and because i can never find one its like endless days of searching wanting a reward but not getting it and i need/want something to look forward too. Im not even conveying this properly which is saddening as i know exactly how i feel i just cant get it out😞

over the weekend an employee of ours was let go due to cursing out the owner (I am part owner) yesterday this ex-employee decides to call one of our clients (he had to call her every morning, that is how he has her contact information) to let her know no longer works with us due to non-payment which is not true as he was paid in full, it is in QuickBooks! That is not why I am asking the question, I wanted to give the back story.......the client calls me wanting to talk about deliveries which I welcomed as any feedback is welcomed, she actually proceeded right away after me saying hello that the driver called her saying he will no longer be picking up from he was fired and we did not pay him and she is concerned about how we treat our employees wanting to make sure we pay them their hourly wages and that we are running an ethical business! I was completely taken aback more so her actually calling me questioning how we handle our business/employees, I am also more taken aback at the fact she entertained such an unprofessional phone call from an employee her being a business owner herself and then to call me and question! I actually find it very unprofessional and unethical that she would 1) entertain such a conversation & 2) calling me to discuss this. I am wondering what is the best way I should proceed with this client as I truly feel she overstepped in our business relationship.

I have a client that thinks he is right about everything and he does not make any mistakes the 14 years he has been in business, okay great he is Mr. Perfect, well Mr. Perfect decided he did not like the higher price I sent him in an invoice last week, he decided to pay the estimate in which he did not even approve! My inventory count bumped his bill up 5xs the amount I estimated him but I am not looking to nickel and dime him, I literally added $100 to cover the cost of my driver for the estimate and then made an invoice and sent it to him, explaining how much it should have been but I only charged you this amount and he seriously short changed me! Please help.

My husband & I received our security deposit back in the form of a check. When I meet up with my husband I see the check is 1) not a personal or cashiers check it is a check from his step fathers auto mechanic shop, its his step fathers boss check! (that part we find out at the bank) and 2) our ex land lord made the check out to cash! I told my husband that we would have an issue and he said yea maybe but lets try anyway, so we go to Capital One to cash it and we explain the situation......the clerk calls the owner of the check and he said "I haven't wrote a check out in several months" and so we finally get our ex land lord on the phone and he explains while we are still at the bank that it is his step fathers boss check and the clerk says "that is check fraud" and explained to us both that he would have to call the cops, immediately me and my husband are explaining again even more thorough that we had no idea. I called the police station near us and the guy was a sarcastic pompous ***. I have emailed the land lord so I have a paper trail and he says that he will pay, he calls me later on in the day and says come Saturday, we go and no answer, we email 2xs again and no answer. I am trying to go about this right way and the police are taking this lightly. Not only does he owe us money, he wrote a bad check that could have gotten us in trouble. What should I do from A-Z please and thank you.

Last week at 36 week appt. I was 2 centimeters and 50% effaced now today went back in at 37 weeks and 3 centimeters almost 4 she said.......I got pregnant with my son when my daughter was only 8 months. My doctor said probably next week although my due date is March 15th. Does anyone know from experience with having 2 kids or more do you think I will give birth faster/early? My daughter was a week over due and I was only up to 3 centimeters, had my membranes striped and mucus plug came out but no water breaking no more dilating had to be induced, so wondering since I'm starting early do you think I will go any day now? Thank you

I grew up around Puerto Ricans all my childhood to teenager life. I have moved away and so want to make Spanish yellow rice from scratch.....my close friends would put the tomato paste, sazon, beans, sausage (I don't know how to spell out the Spanish sausage used in yellow rice) and olives......Can someone help? And I wanted to get some advice, insight from moms who have multiple babies. I call my doctor over a lot of things, I ask mothers now because although my doctor is amazing she does not have any kids of her own. my 1st time ever being pregnant at 27 ended in a miscarriage so when we found out 6 months later we was pregnant again and had stopped trying was going back on the pill, we was shocked and I was so scared. I was scared to do everything and anything. I was scared to sleep in another position but left side! I didn't carry anything! I was over the top to make sure we didn't lose her and she was born 9/10/11 6lbs 15oz a week over due! but she came :0) natural birth and all, then the 2nd week of May 2012 found out we was pregnant, which was planned because we want our kids close in age and then 6 weeks later lost the baby.....then literally after the miscarriage got pregnant right away! Didn’t even know that was possible! But it is lol and now I am 16 weeks. This one I seem to be a bit more easier but since I am prone to miscarriages, I wonder is it okay to sleep all different positions of course not on your stomach, to sleep on your back (I find myself waking up from a good nights sleep on my back) this morning I was cleaning the bathroom floor because our dog puked, so I was bent down and some pressure was going into my stomach so I would stop. I stand a lot at work talking to my clients and just always moving around....my dog also keeps crossing over my belly which happens so fast I can't stop her because she is one minute laying next to me and next jumping over! If my husband is at work and I take our daughter out since we live in midtown Manhattan I take the train and pick up her stroller up and down the stairs if I can't get help, my daughter always falls asleep against me, I pick her up of course.....I guess what I am asking from any other mother's experience, how protected is lil baby in your womb? Is there anyway I am hurting him/her......do/did anyone of you do a lot of normal things with your second pregnancy? I hope I make sense because my concerns make sense in my head, basically sometimes if it wasn’t for the sore boobs and nausea I forget I am pregnant! And just clean, play, cook, walk, food shop etc like I am not pregnant......I have an apt on Tue and of course will talk to her but I would rather get insight from other moms. Is it normal for my lower stomach area (you know that pouch) to be a little big already? My daughter will only be 9 months on June 10th and my stomach has always been flat (my proud and joy lol) but once i got pregnant I have been bigger in my lower stomach area, not that I even care because I now have stretch marks from my daughter and I love them! Becoming a mom is the sexiest thing a woman can do! so really I just want to know is this normal? I heard with 2nd and 3rd pregnancies you get bigger faster? Is this true...thank you very much :0)

I want to go to the hospital but I am worried they may just send me home. I cant take this and want her out so I can meet her. I only have 6 and a half weeks left off from work and she still isn't here! I want the most time I can have with her. I have pain but not enough, its like she doesn't want to come out :0( and I am so miserable. I have tired everything! Except castor oil as I would never drink some crazy nonsense like that, but I have had sex, masturbate, spicy food, bounce on the ball, walk till my feet get numb, walk down the stairs.....I mean **** what else can I do. I just want to go to the hospital but worried they will send me home :0( please any advice would help, no smart comments please, if you don't want to answer then don't, thanks

I am 39 weeks pregnant and baby girl is inching her way out, I am miserable and want to meet her already, I was looking up if a warm bath will help induce labor and I read someone say sex (which we do a lot and to no avail lol) and then she said the latter method helped her......I googled "what is the latter method" and get nothing back, so maybe someone can help me :0) thank you

Me and my fiance are moving to Scottsdale, by the end of the year. I'm excited, but nervous. I apperciate all the people who wrote back to me on my first question. I've lived in NY all my life. I hate the cold, so being there wouldn't be a problem for me, and plus I've heard low humditiy! My fiance lived in Scottsdale before and fell in love. I trust his judgement.
