  • Can a razor damage painted surfaces?

    We use a special razor tool to scrape cooked on food off our flat-top stove. My wife wants to use the razor to scrape dried spills off the painted metal edges of the stove. Could this damage the paint? Would you do it?

  • Sometimes when I type ?, " and ' it comes out as é, É and à. Please help!?

    I'm not sure why this happens but it's usually because I've accidentally hit two (or more) keys at the same time. But the only way to resolve this is to then close the program and restart it. This happens in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer and even Outlook emails. Can anyone help? Or at least tell me what I'm doing to cause this?!
